My $400 gift card hasn’t arrived

I purchased a $400 Mastercard gift card that was meant to be delivered instantly via text message to the recipient. It never arrived. The transaction is still pending. I’ve emailed and received now reply. I needed the gift to be delivered instantly as the product promised - if I knew it would be delayed or perhaps never delivered, I would never have purchased it. I’ve now asked for a refund as I had to purchase the gift from another provider and this is gift card is no longer needed. I haven’t received a reply and have had to flag the pending transaction with my bank. How disappointing. A huge waste of time - hopefully not my money. I now have to wait and see if this company at least offers the option to cancel the pending transaction and refund my money.Order #3150729Case #CAS-1484775-N0T3B0

Concerned - no confirmation email after 5 hours

I was sent a $200 e-card via email only…

I was sent a $200 e-card via email only to find out I cannot activate the card, an error comes up. I contacted the company gave then the order no. and sadly they have not rectified the problem. What a waste of $200 - buyer beware, very disappointed.

Thanks for your Help

I did not make a purchase from them, but they deducted 146.77 from my account three times for a total of 440.31. They somehow did this when I was setting up an account on Depop. I gave them my card info 3 times. I suppose there is no way of recovering this money unless they decide to be honest and steal my money. I did not buy anything. I was trying to set up an account and money was taken from my account. When I look at my bank statement it says it was paid to giftstation Sydney au. So, this is not the company that took my money. I apologize to them for a bad review and I appreciate them calling me from Australia. This is GCs.

Seems like a scam, please avoid.

Just like many other people here, I purchased a gift card on this website on the 23rd January and still have not received it. It is a gift for a friend who is moving overseas and now I'm worried she won't even get it before she leaves next week. I've sent an email asking where the gift card is and am hoping for a response soon, though after reading all of these reviews, I think I've just been played out $200. I wish I'd read these emails before purchasing anything on this site.UPDATE - Thank you to Jennifer for contacting me, I really appreciate it. I will chase this up and find out what has happened to the delivery. I think it would be a good idea in the future to send delivery updates and tracking numbers so that I can see if it's in transit or delivered, etc. I've changed the rating to 4 starts because the customer service has been so prompt and friendly. I'm hoping I can locate the gift card delivery. Thanks again.

Like all the other posts this appears to be a scam. Ordered a $250 gift card and again the recipient has not received the card. Tried calling the imaginary number which goes to a pre recorded message. Emailed and again no action. Will be taking this to the ACCC. REPLY: The case number as requested is CAS-1467503-J4N2B6.

Money taken gift card not been received

Gift card of 120 Au Dollars not been delivered to recipient. Absolutely gutted. Customer services are diabolical. Shame on this company. Customer services are saying it has been sent. At loggerheads. Do not use this company and don’t waste your hard worked for money, send it another way. ReplyI appreciate you replying to a query of Gift card not being received but I don’t appreciate how much stress and difficulty this has caused.Yes I recieved my refund after 4 weeks of persistent emailing and putting up a fight. The whole experience has been dreadful. And in fact has put me off any further transactions with any gift card company in Australia.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Their phone number goes to a recorded message saying they can only be contacted by email and they do not respond to emails. A card ordered 24 December still not delivered by 27 January. Thank goodness I paid by credit card and can dispute the charge.

I ordered a gift card never received…

I ordered a gift card never received anything after confirmation email. I contact customer service and still have not heard anything back. this was meant to be a gift and has not arrived in time even though i ordered two weeks ahead of time. Still nothing. what the hell is going on. Case number; CAS-1462543-D7K3Z3 CRM:0470173If i don't hear back soon I will be forced to go to ACCC.
