cancelled plan

Do not use this app company

Do not use this app company. I cancelled my subscription 2 weeks ago and they are continuing to try and take money out of my account. I have emailed them but received no reply. I am going to have contact my bank and seek legal action.

Over a month after closing my account

Over a month after closing my account, I was invoiced and billed for a subscription I closed and have no access to. How can you offer me future credit for a subscription that is closed and not being used for over 30 days.

The Ultimate Pay-to-Publish Trap for Beginners

I spent days building a creative project using Glide's 'Free' plan, only to find out at the very last second that you cannot actually publish or share your work without a high monthly subscription. They let you do all the work, then hold it hostage. This is not 'Free to Start,' it's a bait-and-switch for hobbyists. Avoid if you aren't ready to pay $200+ a year just to show people a simple gallery.

I TRIED TO BUILD AND COULD NOT GET OUT OF THE FIRST PAGE EVEN WITH THE HELP OF ai. IT THEN WANTED ME TO UPGRADE TO HELP GET OUT OF THE FIRST PAGE ISSUES. iTS SUPER DIFFICULT TO BUIILD AND HARD TO FIGURE OUT THE OPTIONS. You CANT EVEN ADD SIMPLE TEXT. Just wasted 5 hours of my life on this

AI ruined hours of work

Imagine creating the perfect app, then using the AI help for a tiny change and….it completely ruined hours of work with no way to undo what it’s done. I deleted my entire account during the trial period. Don’t waste your time, find a better alternative, there’s loads.

I used the payed version

I used the payed version, however the AI robot is not up to date, gives incorrect info, it was not useful, and I don't understand why the paid version is so poor. It took me 3 days to figure things out on my own, doing it manually. It was more stressful than helpful.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Glide. I paid for the Explorer plan on 04/10/2025, and the payment was processed successfully, but my account still shows as being on the free plan. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through their AI support system, I was repeatedly given useless troubleshooting steps (clear cache, switch teams, wait for sync) which did not solve the problem.Worse, I was told I was “on a free plan” when I had clearly already paid. The system simply refuses to recognize my subscription, and the AI support does not escalate the issue to a human in real time. I was eventually told someone would “get back to me on Monday.” This is completely unacceptable for a paid service.I expected a smooth upgrade to a paid plan, but instead I got charged and left without access to the features I paid for. This is a serious billing and customer service failure. I want my money refunded immediately, and I will not be recommending Glide to others unless this is resolved quickly.

Apps gone!

Just came home after long travel and discovered that all content on Glide has been removed! I can not find any email that warned us about it! Disaster! How could we know about it?
