The girl at the desk was amazing
The girl at the desk was amazing! So helpful and really nice! Also the driver of the shuttle was great as well!

Seems like an easy process
Seems like an easy process but first time I've used the website so have yet to actually park at the hotel. Website provides much information on the hotels, which is helpful in making a selection.

Used this for a cruise
Used this for a cruise. We did not have a great experience because we had to wait a long time for everyone to load on the van. While waiting, it is hot and the air was not turned on, If it was I could not feel it. The vans are really comfortable and nice.

Their service is first come first serve.
Arrived at the parking I had reserved and paid for three weeks prior and lot was oversold. Their offer to try another of their locations not adequate when you are trying to catch a nonrefundable flight and dealing with TSA delays. Ended having to park at the airport for 25 dollars per day. All they could do was apologize but would not cover the additional 123.00 I ended up paying.

Communication FAIL
It was just a total lack of information from the moment we arrived in Elizabeth at the hotel to self park. At 6 AM the front desk was not manned. I had to let the phone ring many times before someone showed up. Was then told to park out back. We did and then when I went to ask do you keep the key the attendant had to be called 6 times and then after almost 10 minutes, they showed up again. The shuttle is nonexistent before 7 and after 10:30. We had to pay almost $60 in cabs to get 4 miles to and from the airport departing and arriving home. NEVER AGAIN.

Stay away!
I booked airport parking with this company because the listing advertised a shuttle to and from the airport. Unfortunately the shuttle was not running and no notice was provided. We waited at the pickup area for over 20 minutes before finally reaching someone who confirmed the shuttle wasn’t operating. We had to pay for Uber both ways.While the parking reservation was eventually refunded after a credit card dispute, the company refused to reimburse the transportation costs and only offered credits to use their service again. After the experience and the difficulty resolving the issue, I would not choose this service again. Would give zero stars if i could.
