Received 100 dead roses
I ordered 100 roses as a gift and they were delivered 30 days late, a box of dead roses. The refund was a fight!

Undependable!!
Undependable!!! I did not receive my order. They have a requirement for signature and won't let you sign digitally with their delivery company and then I expected him to be delivered the next day and they didn't deliver them either. No customer phone support.

I love the roses but it arrived a day…
I love the roses but it arrived a day earlier than I asked for. I typically dont care if its a day early but since you can't deliver on Sunday this order arrived on Friday which was 2 days early for the celebration.

The flowers were shipped out in time. Fed Ex did not deliver them in a timely manner. 3 days late. Total refund. The roses look like good quality.

I have ordered from Global Rose many…
I have ordered from Global Rose many times and this is the first time I have been disappointed with the product I received. The carnations were beautiful. However, the leatherleaf ferns were already starting to dry up on Thursday, March 19 when I received them. By Sunday's event, they weren't usable.

In a world where customer service is…
In a world where customer service is declining rapidly, Global Rose did a fantastic job with my order. Consistent communication, easy order system and package was delivered a day before expected.
