Awful !!
Awful !!! Will never use these again. Royal Mail either lost or failed to send ordered items, and the Goalinn customer service are a disgrace !. Unhelpful and unsympathetic. Said i need to make a claim with royal within 7 days or they won't investigate, when they clearly must know that RM say you have to wait 10 days before they will accept a missing report. Goalinn then sent me wrong tracking number and a delivery photo from Royal Mail that was from a previous delivery. They have no complaints department listed on their website, and when i have tried to make an official complaint they just ignored this and won't accept a complaint or call me to discuss. Save your money and go elsewhere
