Terrible return process outside of Germany
I appreciated the quality of the Gobi cashmere products but ordering outside Germany is the disaster. I had to return partially the order because of the wrong size and according to the Gobi cashmere return policy the customer is responsible for the return label. I followed the procedure and sent the goods with my own costs to the address provided. However, the package returned twice back to me and the customer service was absolutely helpless referring only to the customer responsibility of the return. If you are outside of Germany, I strongly not recommend to order these products.
