The 56 Oakville go bus is extremely unreliable. I’ve been taking it to school for a couple months and I can never rely on it to be on time.it’s constantly canceled no matter the weather or time of day. I can rely on it to be canceled more than I can for transit. I’m especially disgusted by its star ratings on the official transit app there are no ways to officially rate a bus with out a 3rd party. witch makes me feel like the ratings are more to make GO Transit look good then giving reliable feedback. With how much bus fare has been raised and GO Transit reporting record profits last year I cant help but feel the quality of this service is unacceptable. But I guess that’s Canada the quality of everything in this country has gone down while are prices and taxes go up.

It had already started getting dark before the G7 Foreign Ministers Conference could conclude on November 12, its last day. My wife had accompanied me from Toronto to cover the conference. Though we had planned to enjoy the lights and the evening at Niagara Falls, the weather was playing a spoilsport. We decided to skip the visit to Niagara Falls and return to Toronto before the weather really turned foul. One of several options before us was to stay in Niagara for the night and return the next morning. The second option was to return to Toronto by the first available public transport. A GO bus from Niagara to Burlington was scheduled to leave in 15 minutes. We decided to go for it and luckily made it to the GO Bus terminus well in time. Lo, what a bus with an amazing driver. He reminded us of the pilot who had flown us from Munich to Toronto. He greeted us with an announcement about the exact departure time and the route the bus would take to reach Burlington. Weather, he announced, would be rough at times with strong winds accompanying rain. He wanted all passengers to tighten their seat belts (incidentally, the bus did not have any belts). The bus had electronic screens showing its journey, and the driver, like a pilot, continued his commentary on all important attractions as the bus cruised to its destination. He made the journey interesting and memorable. Not only that, but he also escorted some of the passengers to the nearby subway so they would not lose time in finding the right platform and the train for their onward journeys.

Driver Mohamednur Abdiqadir is an amazing driver. I found out he's a new driver and I was surprised because he drove like a true professional. His driving skills were impeccable, but it was his kindness, patience, and respect that made him stand out to me. He is only young with outstanding treatment of his passengers. This was on the "100 - Palms to Halswell bus Saturday the 6th of December. #Great Job.

This is worst company ever! Buses always late minimum 40 minutes and nobody care. Nobody speaks English. Rude staff and customer service. Buses dirty, very cold in the bus.

Lady that answered phone was short and not very pleasant to communicate with for business. They first said they would be right there, after 20 minutes did a call back, was unpleasant and after waiting for another 15 minutes NO Show. Very disappointing!!! I really don’t like writing bad reviews but was looking forward to a needed ride.

I took this bus Aug 31st 2025, AC was too high to the point I got sick. Especially with the changing weather, it was too high. Upon requesting the driver to put it little down, just asked him a question if he can put it low, the driver responded very rudely instead of being helpful.

The driver I had today made my experience great. His name was Darrell and I caught the 100 to The Palms at around 8.50am. His driving skills are impeccable. He was smooth with his steering, acceleration and braking. He was amazingly polite to all his passengers. I have had this driver before and I wanted to do another review because he is just that good.

Today I met one of the best drivers in the Go Bus from Waterloo to Bramlea station. I had a presentation in class and finished it just 4 minutes before the 10.20 a.m. bus, so I ran all the way from Conestoga to the bus station. But while I was running halfway I saw the bus leaving. I was so upset, yet the driver Muhammed saw me and he stopped the bus again for me and opened the doors!This was a huge relief because I have to travel to Toronto to pick kids from school after my lectures and If I missed the bus, the next would be in one more hour. I have come across drivers who don't even look at us sometimes when we are in the bus stand, but this amazing person went above and beyond. He even greeted me politely and was so nice. Thanks so much for your service. We need more people like you!

30 mins into our trip from Newton to NYC we broke down on the Mass Pike. We waited 90 minutes for a new bus. There was almost no communication from the driver about what was happening. When a new bus did come, we then stopped 5 mins later at a rest area, presumably to drop off the original driver. But now we are on a major detour to drop her off. Zero communication from the new driver. No apologies or new arrival time. Best case scenario is 2.5 hours late for a 3.5 hour trip. Never again!
