Would not recommend this company. We purchased 8 passes and none of them worked. When we would go to an attraction the passes scanned as invalid saying we haf already been there and we had to pay if we wanted to proceed. Tried to call several times ans was in hold for over an hour each time and got disconnected. Contacted chat service and was told nothing they could do about it it shows they were used

To whom it may concern:I hereby demand a complete and total refund of my 2 "Go City - Paris" passes. I purchased them on February 24 and spent over a month planning, scheduling, photo copying and laminating all my planned events only to arrive at my dream vacation and find that NO ONE excepted your GO CITY PASS, the MUSEUM PASS or ANY of the EVENT PASSES reserved thru your GO CITY PASS. I have been scoffed, scorned, laughed at, turned away and most of all disappointed and embarrassed to have missed scheduled attractions that could not be purchased once I arrived, after driving all over Paris!!!!I have had to repurchase tickets out of my own pockets to attend any attractions that would allow me to do so because your "PASS" was not recognized or accepted. You have totally and utterly ruined a once in a lifetime experience for my husband and myself. If a complete and total refund is not made to the account of which it was purchased I will make it my life's mission to be sure everyone on your websites are aware of your scam and no further purchases are made. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the biggest scam in San Diego! The dollar amount only gets you into wherever you can go in one day, even though they advertise 35 different attractions! This information is not given on the phone app or too small to access. DO NOT BUY THIS!! Use ANY other option available or pay full price! It will save you money!

We bought 3adults and 1 child Hongkong All Inclusive Pass, but we couldn't redeem them with the Peak Tram Combo on the Big Bus Information Centre when we activated our pass and we couldn't get in to the peak tram and Madame Tussaud's at the same time. The Peking Garden Lunch set also couldn't be used for Child Pass while they didn't write it in the detail. The Compensation Refund for the trouble caused was only 10-15% after 2 weeks of our complaining , and the refund progress was not successfully proceeded after waiting for another 2 weeks. This is how Go City has ruined our family holiday!

We purchased 3 2 day city passes for Las Vegas. We did some of the attractions day 1 of our pass and after walking around in the heat all day we decided we wanted to relax and enjoy a pool day and use the rest of the pass the next day but when we looked at our passes they were expired. No where does it clearly state that you have to use the days consecutively. We went by multiple attractions we would have rather done. When I reached out to customer service they were like oh you didn’t read the fine print we clearly state that in the FAQ’s The attractions we did get to were not worth the money I would have rather chosen attractions that were one easier to find and more accessible. I would not recommend Go City passes.

Was pretty disappointed. We got a 2 day pass in San Diego. Used the pass at Belmont Park Boardwalk on the first day. We tried to go again the next night too, but was told the pass was invalid because we used it the day before. Nowhere does it state that a pass can only be used once. I even checked on the Go City info page. The bot that answers questions said we could use it. Drove all the way there only to be told no. Finally got an actual person, who was no help. Just a sorry for the misinformation. Also had issues with the San Diego Zoo. We left for lunch, but had issues rescanning our passes to get back in. They wound up letting us back in, but pass would not scan because we used them in the morning. So apparently it does say your pass can only be used at an attraction once in the FAQ on the website, but that FAQ was conveniently left off the app that you have to use when scanning your passes. Seems like a pretty important one you might want to include.

The Go City pass seemed like a great idea, but the moment something goes wrong, they do nothing.One of the attractions we used was the Big Bus in New York. They handed out flyers with pick up times. When we wanted to use it, suddenly one of the routes the bus only goes every hour, instead the half hour like it said in the flyer and the bus was constantly full. Me and my pregnant wife had to walk way more and had to pay extra for the subway. When we confronted the Big Bus they first didn't even realise what was in the flyer and then said we paid through Go City, so they are responsible.Now whe are already trying to solve this matter for over a week, but they keep asking for more time, because they are waiting for a response of the Big Bus. They no even saying that the police states, you can't get a refund, because the pass got succesfully scanned. Yeah, but we wouldn't have done that, if we got the correct information. It's like saying, you succesfully paid for the car, although you didn't really get the car.Go City is good in accepting the money, but when a attraction fails, they don't care!

We purchased the 7 pass attraction from Go City. This worked well for the general admission.I paid $30 through Go City for an upgrade at Top of the Rock. They advertised like it was discounted through Go City. The upgrade (Skylift) was not functioning when we went. I contacted Go City immediately for a refund while I was at the Top of the Rock. They said that they had to verify that it was not working. They never responded to that request. I called back 2 more (days apart) times for my refund, and they still t30-40 minutes. Each time, I was on chat for 10-15 minutes while "they investigated the issue". They first said no refund, then I had to re-explain the issue that it was not operating. Then, I received the general, "I need to wait another 24-48 hours".Bottom Line: I recommend not to purchase upgrades from Go City. If you have any issues, it may be difficult to get a refund.I give 2 stars for poor customer service and no refund. If you have no issues, the general pass was fine.

We love GoCity passes. It gives us ideas of what to do in a new city and you get a really good discount compared to paying individually. One thing I wish would be for ease of use at some of the locations. Requiring you to book on the same day is very scary since you planed your whole vacation around these activities, but this one attraction, is not set yet. What if you couldn't reserve the tickets the "same day"? What if they sold out, or you're too late? For people who like to plan, this same day booking brings anxiety. For people who just like to wing it, it could also be bad since they might be too late to reserve.
