Before I ordered the Clove Solo shoes

Before I ordered the Clove Solo shoes, I reached out to Clove to guarantee that this shoe is slip resistant, as I work servicing restaurants with slippery floors. I was assured that, indeed they are.Well, indeed, they are not. I am 74 yo and I took a bad fall when these shoes failed me.Clove will not own up to lying to me and they haven’t made it right. They have no human customer support; they do, however, have inhuman customer support.To add insult to injury, they keep sending me promotional emails even though I have unsubscribed many times.Clove, you are liars cheaters thieves and I trust you will go to hell to be with your fellow “Clove”-en hoofed demons!

This company rocks!

I love my Stradas and I love this company! Their shoes are the highest quality and they are the only ones that do not make my feet hurt while I’m working for 12 hours! They have very quick shipping as I get my shoes usually within three days from when I order. I get an extra pair of shoes strings with my tennis shoes and I also get an ink pen which we all know. Nurses love their favorite ink pens! 😊

Clove shoes are absolutely Terrible

Clove shoes are absolutely Terrible! I ordered a pare well before Christmas as a gift, and it still took two weeks to arrive. When they finally arrived right before Christmas--It was completely wrong. I ordered a women's size 11 and received a women's size 7. That's not a small mistake, yet they offered NOTHING to make it right. No replacement, no discount, no compensation---Just apologies. Because of the error, I had to file a PayPal dispute, and PayPal immediately refunded me due to Clove's mistake. When I returned the shoe (I didn't need to)Clove still offered NOTHING for the inconvenience, the ruined gift, or the delay. I spoke with multiple representatives via email, all of which were slow to respond and essentially useless. Every interaction ended with "we're sorry" and zero action. This company has awful quality control and even worse customer service. I will never never order from Clove again, and I'm actively warning friends and family to stay far away. There are plenty of better companies that actually car about their customers-- Clove brand is not one of them.

Not slip resistant

I was very excited to try these shoes. They are listed as slip resistant which is important because I work in the restaurant industry 40+ hours and am always on my feet. I will spend 160 dollars for my feet not to hurt. The first day I wore them they felt good until I walked in the kitchen and I knew I would be unable to wear them. They are not slip resistant, they will not work for restaurants. I contacted customer service and a generated message was sent back that they are rated at ASTM and F3445 standards. I’m not sure what that means I just know I’m out over 180 dollars with shipping on shoes I will not be able to wear. So please beware NOT SLIP RESISTANT!!!

Customer Service has gone DOWNHILL

Update: Customer Service reached out to me this morning and apologized for the issue (AI canceling order and inability to use discount on next order) and for the slow response by a human to resolve. They credited points to my account to make up for the invalid discount code. I placed my order and my confidence has been restored. I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes, then realized i had accidentally ordered slides as well. The website offers a discount/deal for a package- typical upsell marketing. It's my fault for not noticing before check out, so I immediately inquired if I could drop the slides since the order had JUST been place. The response was the order can't be changed once it was placed, and the AI canceled my entire order. Normally that would be fine, if I can go back to the website and place a new order. However when I did that, and tried to enter my "birthday" discount code for $20 off and it was rejected. So i replied to the email again, and the AI got right back to me, stating the issue will be escalated to a human. I asked for a new code and have had ZERO response. I am so disappointed. I had been a fan of the product and have ordered shoes for myself (several times over the years) and for my son who is also in healthcare. Look, 20 bucks isn't a big deal, it's a matter of principal for me know...and the lack of customer service and acknowledgement of the issue. So I guess I won't be spending 300+ on new shoes with Clove this week.

The worst customer experience

The worst customer experience. I ordered a pair of Cloves - they were too big so I mailed them back and got a smaller size. Those were too small. When I went to return them - I was told that their return window (14 days) was closed. To be fair, it was 3 weeks at this point but I had been hospitalized and wasn’t able to return them. They asked for photos of the shoes to confirm that they were unworn - which I provided. Then they asked for them again - and I provided them again. I was told the shoes were in good condition so I returned them. Today I received an email from Clove saying the shoes were unacceptable and I won’t get my money back. Apparently a pen (that was free - shipped with the shoes - that I did not ask for and was told to return with the shoes) exploded in the box. I was also told there was pet hair on the soles, which they said wasn’t a huge issue but they’re claiming there’s also lipstick staining on the shoes? I don’t even wear lipstick. So now I have no shoes and they still have my money. If they told me they wouldn’t have accepted the return in the first place I would have been fine with that - at least I could have tried to resell them and get some of my money back. But they wont give me the shoes and they wont give me my money and now I’m forced to try to get the purchase reversed via my bank - a headache I shouldn’t have to deal with. I don’t recommend buying.

All wrong color and socks and shoes.

I wish I had something good to say. I ordered them and was so excited to receive them. I ordered them on April 30 and received them today, May 6th. I ordered all black shoes and was suppose to also get all black compression socks as well. When they came in, I received bright white shoes, which I can’t wear because I bought them for school. Now, I have to try to reach out, send them back, and even try to get the black ones. I even double checked my order to make sure I ordered black ones, which I did, and they sent me the wrong color on compression socks and shoes. It’s their mistake not mine. Do they not check the color for orders? Now I have to wait longer to have this fixed and new ones shipped when I needed them ASAP.

I love Clove Shoes

I love Clove Shoes. I owe 4 pairs. I totally recommend them ! They are super comfortable. Returns are also super easy. I had to Return a pair of shoes for a smaller size and the whole process was very simple. The correct size arrived pretty quickly.

Fantastic product.. highly recommended

Product is amazing customer service is amazing I work in healthcare any feet used to hurt so much my toes where curling into hammer toes till I discovered clove my toes are straighter feet aren't burning and when I have to walk into work in snow and cold my feet are warm .. thank you clove!! Don't change anything!! I have bought 4 pairs over last 2 years.
