Beautiful Bracelet
I had excellent customer service with Goldia. I got responses right away when I had any questions or concerns. My bracelet I ordered is beautiful. Took awhile to get here however it was custom made so it was worth the wait. I could not find a sailboat bracelet anywhere else. I did think it would be a little bigger but it’s still really nice. Very happy with my purchase. I don’t want to take my bracelet off. Thank you. Goldia shipped my bracelet faster since I waited awhile.

Gorgeous dainty garnet ring
I waited for a bit, but the wait was worth it. My garnet ring is gorgeous! Dainty just the way I wanted it to be.

Excellent Customer Service
Communication with customer service was excellent. I ordered a ring for myself and my mom and they were concerned that I had a type-o due to the different sizes for the same ring in white and yellow gold. The rings arrived on time and I was very happy with the value for the quality pieces.will definitely order from Goldia again.

I purchased a wedding band
I purchased a wedding band. It was a flat band as described, however it was a completely raw cut piece of metal. The edges were so sharp you could cut yourself on them, nothing had been done to make the ring wearable. It looks awful.The ring box was squeezed into the tiniest temu looking satchel that was gave it the worst appearance when it arrived. I actually question if it’s real gold also, as it feels incredibly light. The response from the customer service team when I requested a refund was poor. They have said I can refund, but I have to pay to send it back which will cost a fortune. This was supposed to be a special moment & instead it was ruined

The ring wasn't what I thought it would…
The ring wasn't what I thought it would be. For $750.00, I thought it would be much heavier. It doesn't look like it cost more that $300.00 at the most.
