Gollo ,Customer service is terrible to…
Gollo ,Customer service is terrible to say the least. They delivered a W/D to my home. Product was defective, shaking and dancing when it was in spin mode, Called for a technician, 5 weeks ago. No reply. I then refused to expect the refrigerator due to terrible Customer service. No answer. My CC will cancel the transaction, I will reverse the order of payment,. Consumers Better Bisnuss in Jaco has been notified, along with my attorney, Maricruz Sanchez Carro. She will be in touch with you soon. See you in Court. Shameful....

Not Impressed
I ordered the golo meals and was not impressed. They are bland and have basically the same ingredients weather you order the chicken or beef etc. I spent alot of money to be totally disappointed! Will never order the golo foods again!

GOLO is a psychological effect
GOLO is a psychological effect. I’m convinced the pill they give is just a sugar pill that has no impact what so ever. The meal plan they provide is what shreds the weight. It’s just a plan that is a caloric deficiency. You can do that without paying GOLO. They want you to believe it’s a magical pill but there is no such thing. Save your money!

Got the new weight loss supplement. GAINED weight. Did NOT lose any inches around the waist. Actually, increased my desire and demand for sweets and carbs. No appetite control or suppression

Need meals without dark green veggies
Every meal, and I have tried them all, while delicious have way too much of the same type of dark green vegetables mixed in, seems like kale and broccoli to me. I take Warfrin for a Factor VIII malfunction/disease. Hemophiliacs have too little Factor VIII and I have way too much it so I have a serious clotting problem. I end up picking out all the dark green veggies along with red bell peppers. My roomy gets to add my pickings to their meal. Can you make the same meals without the dark greens for folks taking warfarin (blood thinner)?I be a customer for life if greens were not an issue. The GOLO supplement did’t work out well for me as sugar is not my issue.

Read the order information clearly
Did everything exercise wise, food wise etc. didn't work for me but wanted to give it one more try , then decided after the 2nd order not to keep trying as the thirty days didn't work for me at all. One can only return the 1st order, oh well

Gained more weight
I was eating healthy and taking the supplement pill made me hungrier It didn't help my appetite whatsoever this is a scam do not purchase it I gained more weight I was very unhappy do you know how hard it is to lose 1 lb for me to gain more and it is more difficult to lose weight it than to gain it I was very upset Golo wrote to me in regards to my review I ate properly I measured my meals and ate only what I'm supposed to have eaten and I still gained a lot of weight

Be Careful If You Have GERD
I tried the Program for 2 months and found that the amount of food recommended at one sitting aggravated my GERD and made me extremely uncomfortable and bloated. I tried smaller meals and ended up with blood sugar issues. FYI - I am not diabetic and have never had blood sugar issues. My PCP told me to stop GOLO and all the issues went away. I did lose a few pounds, but it wasn't worth the discomfort. BEWARE

The food is beyond horrible
The food is beyond horrible. Do NOT waste your money. Like an idiot I ordered the 24 pack to “save” money. Me and my mother both tried it. We both spit out the first bite. What a waste of money

Be careful
you can lose weight if you stick to the plan. I did find however that it would drop my blood sugar quite a bit so I can't take it 3 times a day. I think it's the berberine.
