I ordered I fishing reel for my sons birthday and it arrived broken, now too late for his birthday…
I ordered I fishing reel for my sons birthday. When I picked it up and opened the packaging I found the box the box was in bits. When I got to the reel that was also broken. The bait runner switch on the back was snapped off but not in the box so this had obviously been sent broken and not happened in transit. This now means I have to wait for a refund and order the reel again wen I got home. This is a absolute disappointment as my son is now missing his birthday present. I don't feel enough was done to make this situation right. Very un happy this time.

Each time I made an order to collect…
Each time I made an order to collect in store my money was taken then my order cancelled. This happened 3 times and I then had to wait days for my money to be returned . I eventually gave up and had to find a store which had my item in stock.

Be careful what you order
I ordered a number of products and was told two sets of Salomon ski socks could not be delivered and a refund would be issued. However the refund was not completed and despite chasing I am still owed money, and never received the goods.

I had to pick up a lot of fishing…
I had to pick up a lot of fishing equipment some I had ordered.And I also picked up some extra fishing equipment from the fishing department in the store.The stuff was really good and helpful.And the prices were pretty decent also.Will definitely go back there.👍
