I was surprised at how quickly the item…
I was surprised at how quickly the item arrived. Was told it would arrive April 20th. I received it in less than a week. Very nice product.

Wonderful!! Actually ordered the wrong item someone immediately helped me out. Ordered what I wanted and said it would be here by 4/15 and I already received it with no issues! Will definitely order from here again.

Issue was resolved!
It was delivered to the wrong location and the photo blatenly proved it. Not your fault that the delivery people can't read. I opened the package, and maybe this is my fault for not seeing it on the ad (unless it wasn't shown) but the item was smaller than my coffee cup. Huge dissapointment. I honestly expected it to be bigger. It's almost like giving someone a brooch. Lessons learned.Issue was resolved and it was totally my fault and I own it. I must say that the customer service team for this organization is Top Notch. I've never felt more listened to by anyone like this. They worked with me to be sure of my satisfaction even though they did nothing wrong. I would order from them again and recommend them to everyone! Thanks Team!

If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. The quality of the Gossby mugs has gotten worse over the last couple of years. I bought a mug almost every year for fathers day. The last couple have lost their print. I also bought a mug for my sister and that too has faded in just under a year. I sent the pictures to Gossby and they told me that "due to closing their financial year, they can't do anything". Shoddy customer service, quite frankly embarrassing.
