Scam!!!!!!
It's very important that people realize that this site is a scam. You make a purchase and the order number doesn't work. The only way to actually connect to someone is through a chat bot, which tries to scam you AGAIN!

No shipment, No Communication, No Answers
It has been close to 3 weeks since I ordered the shirts and I have had no communication since.I tried to use the ridiculous chatbot, but it is absolutely worthless.After wasting my time, it required me to pay a $5 fee to talk with an agent and then in the fine print, I see that by doing so, I was also signing up for a $65 per month service.What a scam.

Order early
I was worried at first because the products I bought took so long to arrive, however, when I received them, they exceeded my expectations! These were Christmas gifts for the men in the family, and even though they didn't arrive on time for a Christmas gift, they all loved their shirts. I would recommend these shirts, but just order them about 2 months ahead of when you need them.

Lost Faith
Well I placed my order on February 28th. To date I have not received any information that my order was confirmed, received or any up date at all. Order number HBTQH00823442. This is very poor customer service.

Never again!!
Never again!!! Second online retailer this year that takes an order, then never hear any updates on your order. HOWEVER, what you DO get when you place an order is a tsunami of promotional emails!!! Customer service? Chatbot! Can’t even find a phone number to call regarding your order. Chat function? Excellent, however they do ask you to fill out a form ( with cc info, so they can sell that to other companies!) before proceeding.Just got a text offering to resolve my issue via phone call for $80!!! Unbelievable!!!
