I bought the love potion from Harry Potter shop NY but my 8 year son bought it and had a sip but it had alcohol in it but it said all ages.

It was a little shaky in the beginning
It was a little shaky in the beginning. I ordered on 12/2/25. The following Tuesday came around and the order still hadn’t been processed. All the bad reviews started to feel very real. When I emailed customer service and received an automated response saying they would reply in five days I said to myself here we go… BUT! The next day I received a response and a tracking number. Two days later the package arrived with ALL! The items I purchased and everything was neatly packaged in great condition. And the items were great quality. $300 of merchandise, no melting chocolate, the wand was solid, custom acceptance letter was correct, apparel neatly packaged, Custom trunk in great shape.

Ordered Chocolate Frogs (blobs)
Ordered Chocolate Frogs, they do not care if they melt during shipping. They don't even bother to protect them with ice packs or give you the Option to do so. Apparently some where on their FAQ page it states "Please note that warm weather may cause confectionery products to melt during transit so please be aware when placing your order. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for melted confectionery."There will be no refund or return if that happens. Seems absolutely ridiculous customer service to me considering to effort is made to ensure to product has a chance to arrive intact.

This is the Real Harry Potter Shop!
I read the reviews on this site before I purchased from the Harry Potter Shop. I decided that most of these negative reviews were confusing a fake shop for the real one. I clicked on the link and found it was secure. I can safely say that this is the real Harry Potter Shop. I had a wonderful experience. I purchased the bottled Butterbeer and I was not disappointed. Harry Potter Shop kept me up to date on my purchase and you can follow it on the Shop app as well. I just received my Butterbeer and everything was outstanding. It was delivered by UPS and it was packed very securely and with care. Based on my experience, I will be purchasing from this shop again.

It’s a scam, pure fraud. DON’T BUY
Never buy here! It’s a scam. Items arrive late, without package, damaged, are cheap rip-offs. Customer service doesn’t exist. No questions are ever answered. When asking for a return address, I received one in Ukraine. Utterly disgusting. These people should be banned from the internet for life. Robbers and thieves.

Very cheap light plastic.
Bought the new time turner wand for my son it arrived perfectly, but the wand is so light and flimsy. Made with very cheap plastic and feels like it would break so easily. Have loads of wands, but none feel as cheap as this. Would send back but he was so looking forward to it. Do not buy unless essential. Waste of £33.00

Nonexistent Customer Service and Never Ships Items
I placed an order on Dec. 11, 2024 and two items shipped within 2-3 business days. The most expensive item has been sitting “processing order” and I sent two emails asking about my order and no response. Initially the “contact us” which is email only would not work and was blocked. There is no way to reach anyone and with the prices I paid and it’s the main company’s website there should be better customer service. I will not order again from the company and I advise others to avoid it. They could easily solve the issues with actually replying and if an item is out of stock then mark it online instead of ruining someone’s Christmas present. It was one of two things that my daughter requested so she was pretty bummed about it. Also I would expect an offer of store credit for the mess but no email for anything so far. This is super sad…I’ve never experienced this situation with any online order, even tiny home based Etsy businesses are far superior to this terrible management.

DONOT ORDER FROM HERE!Never order here!!For those kind of prices, I expect a LOT more, especially their customer service! I feel robbed and cheated!! I ordered 3 items, all shipped individually? One of the items I received was in terrible condition! And ne just never arrive? I tried contacting them seceral times, but there was no response at all! Awful service!!
