The worst I have ever dealt with

The worst I have ever dealt with. Good price on Barcolounger and paid extra for in room delivery. Got the email that product shipped. And that is when it started downhill. Customer service was clueless. Shipment sat in transit warehouse for 5 days. Then it was transferred to the wrong delivery service. Lots of phone calls and received shipment on my curb the next day, not in the house which I paid for. Long story short, product was damaged by delivery fork lift, I had to hand carry the heavy couch into the home before it rained. Eventually Hayneedle gave us 30% off for damage plus the extra $99 in home delivery fee. Beware of the drop shipper Hayneedle. They have little control of the delivery process. I will never buy from them again.

Unsubscribing Access Denied

Never subscribed and keep getting spammed but when I try to unsubscribe it says ACCES DENIED! What on earth does that mean?

Can't Unsubscribe - but I never registered with them!!!!!!

I'm being bombarded with emails from a site I've never used, and I'm "denied access on this server" by their website so can't unsubscribe.What a bunch of timewasters

Bad Business Practices

Do not use this company! Hayneedle canceled my order because of their antiquated security system that will not allow you to send it to a different address other than your billing address. I placed an order using my American Express and the correct billing address and had the item shipped to my new home. The order was canceled by Hayneedle even though Amex said that the payment was authorized and provided an AUTH #. The explanation I received was that the security system did not match the addresses. Where do you have a company that does not allow you to send it to another address? Bad Business Practices......Run Away

So much unsolicited spam

Apparently they think that suddenly flooding my inbox with spam every single day is a good way to get me to spend money with them. Unsubscribe option did nothing to stop the spam. I will never use Hayneedle again because of your spam policy. Judging by the comments on here, I'm not the only one. Do the people who think these campaigns up not have email themselves? They must not, otherwise they would realize how much this annoys people.

Don't waste your time

Ordered a King size bed frame for Black Friday. It was about $100 cheaper on Hayneedle than Amazon, and much cheaper than Home Depot, Overstock, etc. I was hesitant because my first thought was "why is it cheaper?" Well.... I now understand why. Not only, did the bed frame get lost by FED EX, and took 6 days for them to actually acknowledge that, but Hayneedle tried offering us a 15% credit for the inconvenience. We firmly denied that request, and demanded that we should be able to order a new Bed Frame and have it Overnight or 2-day shipped for our inconvenience. Customer Service, and the Customer service Manager said that they could not honor that request because they cannot afford to pay the $150 shipping cost for 2 day shipping. Then after telling us they could ship out the item as normal.... realized they actually no longer have the item in stock. This was the biggest waste of time that I've experienced. The gave us a refund, and I purchased the same bed frame on Amazon for $200 more (after black friday).... Moral of the story: Maybe saving money isn't worth it when buying from a cheap company, with a sad, and miserable customer service team, like Hayneedle.

Unsolicited spam galore

They flood my inbox with no less than 4 spam emails every friggin day, despite I never did business with them (I'm in Germany!). Trying to contact them through Google (I don't click links in spam!) about it leads to a blank page and clicking their unsubscribe links doesn't help anyway, according to the other reviews. What a catastrophic, scammy, spammy, aggressive and dumb kind of marketing is this? Do they really think "hey, lets spam some guy in whateverland, he sure will throw all of his money at us because that'll make us look totally trustworthy!"? Well, spoiler alert, it doesn't.

Don't order from here simply because they're annoying. I've unsubscribed from them at least 10 times, blocked them from emailing me 5 times. LEAVE ME ALONEEEE your offers and promotions are trash.
