Delicate
I really like the browtech pencil, however 3 weeks after I bought it, it stopped working and wouldn't turn.

Extremely unprofessional
Extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed.I have been waiting for weeks to be listed on the salon finder, with no clear communication or updates. It is also concerning that customers are able to purchase products at prices lower than professionals. I have reached out for clarification but have received 2 responses foe over month that are not clear .This lack of transparency and communication is very disappointing.

Lovely friendly educator
Lovely friendly educator. Nice salon I just felt like we need more information about the training on leads up to date. I never heard anything from November. Also would be better to be shown how to do the brow sculpt step by step instead of video as I don’t feel as confident as I could’ve if I had been shown instead of video.

A wonderful idea...but!
A wonderful idea. However, an item that comes without full instructions included in the package and no hint that you must contact customer service for a web address which will thenexplain to you the somewhat unusual method of use - that item is not really fully fit for purpose. I wondered what the tiny bit of string on the pencil was about and, finding no explanation, cut it off because I thought it was a bit of packaging. After contacting customer service to ask how to make further lead emerge from the pencil, I am given a website address etc. explaining what the bits of string were for. I am now stuck with a useless pen. No replacement offered.
