Excessive packaging
Please don’t wrap your black cohosh boxes of supplements in plastic - I’m sure there is no need. The tablets are in blister packs, the packs are in boxes, the boxes are in 2-pack sleeves and the sleeves are wrapped in plastic. They are then sent in an envelope. The packaging in unnecessary.

According to your write up on here you answer all negative reviews within 48 hour but you can’t answer a complaint for at least 72 hours watch their money off emails put stuff in basket go to basket , it knocks discount off then continue to payment and it adds s over £10 on so now reply to that one in 48 hours it will be quicker than the reply I probably won’t get from the email I sent you

I have been ordering via subscription…
I have been ordering via subscription for a while now, however they made a mistake by advertising on my order page that they are giving subscribe and save to new customers cheaper, both items being £2 cheaper to new customers. I contacted them and they were happy to cancel my subscription and said they will let Head Office know. For existing customers check your prices, you may want to cancel and get a new subscription set up!
