Small portions

Small portions. repetitive meals. Family of 5 but only cater for 4 but portions sometimes stretch over 4 plates to the point where you end up putting the 4th portion in a small 'left over' scraps bowl.

Overall a positive experience but items missing

Overall a positive experience with the meals. Occasionally the quality of the ingredients is variable and missing items.It’s a re@l pain having to check every item for every recipe

Meat portions are to small

I think you should try a different courier because i always get my boxes smashed up. Also the potions of meat should be bigger, the chicken breasts are like half the size of an average chicken breast you buy from the shops and the same with the steak, it is not enough.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with HelloFresh. Without my authorisation, a payment was taken from my account, which immediately raised serious concerns about their billing practices. I did not knowingly approve or confirm this charge, and resolving the issue proved far more difficult than it should have been.When I contacted customer service, the support I received was extremely poor. Responses were slow, unhelpful, and lacked any real effort to address the problem. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a clear explanation, I felt like I was being brushed off. This only added to the frustration of an already stressful situation. Overall, my experience has left me with very little trust in the company. Between the unauthorised charge and the ineffective customer support, I cannot recommend their service. I would strongly advise others to monitor their accounts carefully if they choose to use HelloFresh, or consider alternative meal delivery services altogether.

Cancelled after next box had been ordered…

Cancelled after next box had been ordered. Cancellation process confirmed i'd still receive this last one. Still charged 2 days later for it but hasn't been delivered nor any confirmed shipping email arrived. Looking at the "passed orders" section on my account shows on error.

I really have enjoyed eating meals I would not usually have tried. I am new to this experience and have been trying to search for previous meals. Is there an option to do this?

Subscription lock in hell

Hello, fresh is the epitome of getting locked into a subscription. You don’t want if there’s a week that you don’t want a meal you will pause it forget about it and then be locked in. Support staff will then be unable to help you refuse to give you any money back or even let you change the meals after five days before the delivery. As someone who tried to cancel my subscription was unable to so was pausing my deliveries I then forgot one week because I was busy with work and support refused to compensate me or let me change the items because of the short timeframe which has made me never want to return to HelloFresh
