Simple to install, great to use
The company was great to deal with product information was clear and helpful. I bought the tushy classic 3.0 and it was incredibly easy to install and it has been incredibly wonderful to use. Highly recommended

Run don't walk!They have the marketing down, and the service they don't give a darn about. I paid for install and they tech never showed and they will not do anything about it

Terrible Customer Service
I received the Oasis bidet as a Holiday gift but it did not work out for me. I kept contacting their customer support, they took days to a week to respond. By the time I received my answer on how to start the return, the 30 days from order was past. They won't ever give you money back, just a credit. What a load of crap!

Amazing customer service!
I can't overemphasize how good their after sales service has been. Truly world class. I had an issue with some leakage on a fitting and they went above and beyond to ship a replacement to the faulty part. Communication with Ren has been outstanding and truly enjoyable. Thanks so much for standing behind your product!

Bad customer service!
I was told I could not return it because it was over 30 days. I ordered on Dec. 9 and it was Dec. 28 I sent a request. That isn't 30 days to me??? Horrible customer service!!

Various levels and pretty simple to install, as long as your toilet/input hose is compatible. Pressure knob is easy to use and easily angles for crack trajectory. You get total coverage, as long as your butts applicable. (some people have hemmies)
