Purchased down jacket for my wife 5 years ago and she had zipper started separating from jacket recently. Did not have actual receipt but did have some proof of purchase. Contacted HH customer service - they asked me to send info and pictures of the item in question. Answered a few questions along with sending photos and received a credit to HH store. Excellent service and company. Thank you!

I purchased a pair of hiking shoes before, and found out it had some issues. Contacted the Helly Hansen customer care and the responded quickly within days and asked some questions. I replied them back and they responded again quickly within a day and resolved my concerns. Very good after-sales service and will definitely come back again for other purchases in the future.

I had an outstanding experience with Helly Hansen’s customer service. I encountered an issue with the zipper on a coat I purchased over three years ago, and I was honestly not expecting much given how much time had passed. My jacket was damaged while skiing and still under warranty. HH honored the warranty and exceeded my expectations for customer service. A brand that stands behind their products is rare to find these days.

Had an issue with a jacket bought just outside the warranty period, I was given a number of options for a replacement, store credit or to get repaired. Communication was excellent and prompt, a perfect experience from start to finish

I purchased a hoody back in November 2025. It had little use when I realised that the waist had bobbled up and a patch on the chest area had some signs of wear. I contacted Musto who replied by return email to say the item was covered by the 2 year warranty and that I could have a replacement or a refund. I replied to say I would take the replacement and asked how to return the faulty item. I was told that there was no need to return it. So I get a new replacement and to keep the faulty one. Win win thankbyou to Kevin fromMusto for his very swift reply and help. Excellent customerService.

I LOVE my Helly Hansen rain jacket. In the summer, it's super-packable and can be pulled out if it's raining. In the winter and shoulder seasons, I layer it over a down seater and it is fantastic. Overall, a great company with a great product!
