I attempted to place an order, but kept getting a message that I wasn’t connecting to the network when I put in my credit card information. Alternately, I would get a message saying information was incorrect. (It was not.) But when I checked my bank account, I had three pending charges! I contacted my bank, then HerbsPro by email. Received a quick response to wait to see if they disappeared. So I waited a few days, and then received another follow up email to check on the situation and let me know they were not seeing any order or charges on their side. So high marks for customer service, but not so good on the order side.

They don’t respond to emails or questions on shipping. No updates. Nothing gets shipped, but they charge you.

I received the wrong product: tape 1in instead of ¾ in (the website was mislabeled: I asked them to correct but they did not). I managed to get someone on the phone who promised to send me a return label within 48h. I never received it. Then I tried to call multiple (20X) times and was never able to get someone on the phone.I also emailed but received no response.Really sloppy web site and extremely bad customer service. I will never order from Herbspro again

Truly bizarre experience. I placed an order, but after a week there was no shipping status update. Multiple attempts to reach customer service went nowhere. Finally after 2 weeks someone answered, but it sounded like they were speaking another language and working out of their house. Totally unintelligible.The purchase was pending on my credit card, but never went through. The charge was finally dropped, and I found the product elsewhere.

Ordered (12) 15 oz cans of Health Valley Organic Minestrone soup, which is a great product but has been discontinued along with rest of H/V soup line.Unfortunately received only 8 of 12 cans (looks like 4 cans must have fallen out on the way), and all 8 were so badly dented that we are worried that contents are now potentially unsafe to eat. Had been tightly packed inside a very flimsy cardboard box with almost no padding and very little tape. A label marked "RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION" was added by shipper (USPS?).After calling, emailing, and submitting photos to HerbPro and review by their "operations team", a full refund was provided. This was appreciated, but it should not have taken so much time and effort to justify and obtain approval.Their packaging procedure for products like this needs a serious overhaul.

Placed an order for delivery to Australia. No issues and arrived fast I think it was only like 2 weeks or so. Will definitely use this site again.

They sent me the wrong items and now are not responding to me when I ask to return them and get a refund! I've sent them multiple emails and left them multiple voicemails to no avail. Absolutely horrible- I'm out $130! Stay away from this company!
