False advertising at €800 – and they try to sell you the fix

I purchased this device in March last year for €800 and have started my first project just recently because I was abroad for a year. Unfortunately, the product falls significantly short of what is advertised on this page."All-in-one, easy to use" – Not quite. To actually control temperature and humidity, you need to purchase additional accessories that are not included and not mentioned in the listing."Monitors nutrient values, pH and water temperature" The device does not monitor pH or nutrient values in any way. This is one of the main reasons I bought it, and it simply does not deliver on this claim."Works almost silently" – This is the most blatant inaccuracy. The device is loud like an AC Unit. I would not describe it as suitable for a bedroom or living room as the listing implies.Customer service makes it worse. When I raised these concerns, instead of addressing my complaint, their support team sent me a promotional email recommending that I purchase their separate Bluetooth pH meter. So to summarize: they advertise pH monitoring as a built-in feature, and when you complain that it doesn't work, they try to sell you the tool you apparently needed all along. That tells you everything.I would strongly advise potential buyers to research carefully before purchasing, as the advertised features do not reflect the actual product experience.

I love my Hey Abby grow box BUT

I love my Hey Abby grow box. I have had several grows completed. My problem is the business just doesnt have an adequate supply chain. No nutrients. Filters finally came in and i was charged $19.50 for postage on a package that should have only cost a fraction of that. Really??? So anyway no-one can buy the nutrients packages from your company. You are always out of stock. We (not just me) have been waiting for freaking months ! get a better nutrient supply chain. I need to keep growing ! I cant afford to buy products from a dispensary I have to grow my own. I could use any system but i chose yours. Im wondering if i made a serious decision error??

The product combined with the lack of customer service is a bad combination. I invested time and money into this product and it’s not what is advertised! Never Again!

I give this company four stars because…

I give this company four stars because it definitely has a lot of effort that other companies that are more successful with their equipment being that I have both a Hey Abby and Ac Infinity cloud lab 743 tent with the board light and the T7 humidifier the heater fans, the works, etc. And I have the AI plus controller as well. But there’s something that Hey Abby does that I feel lacks in other companies, and that’s paying attention to your growth cycle. Hey Abby knows when to dim or raise the lighting according to your stage of growth. Versus other companies, I have to guess when it’s time to move the lights or dim them or raise them. For me, that should be AI doing that as well and the AC Infinity does not. Hey Abby has an app where the community can talk to each other and help each other. There’s communities on discord for other companies, but it’s not the same as having your own application. The application definitely needs some TLC and could use more features, but it’s definitely a step ahead of most companies that are a step ahead with their equipment. Hey Abby has serious potential, but it has to invest in the customers ideas and it has to cater to the customers needs. The one on one online support is no longer available because they are shortstaffed and can’t take on so many callers at once so I get that. But from my experience with their customer service, especially with Kayla, it may not be the fastest customer service, but it’s still good customer service because if something is not right, and you can prove that it’s not right they will make sure that they honor their warranties. Hey Abby was my first grow appliance, so I’m not going to talk down on it even though I have a little bit better equipment now. But for what it was in a Hey Abby 420 pro hydroponics grow box, it actually grew some really good “Tomatoe Buds” and if you go in the Hey Abby app into the community, you can see so many successful grows coming out of this file cabinet looking box. And I’ve sat in amazement like wow if you know what you’re doing, you can actually grow something really good and even if you don’t know what you’re doing it’s still works because I honestly didn’t know what I was doing in the beginning, but it was really plug-and play. So I give Hey Abby my four stars because I’ve been with them for under a year and I’ve had to service my Hey Abby but I’ve been attended to accordingly. Anyone that gets frustrated with a small companies customer service just doesn’t understand the art of business. But like I said, no matter what they will take care and honor their warranties. Newbie

I’m new to Hey Abby and I’m on my 1st grow. The support I’ve received from the 1 on 1 support and the HA grow community has been invaluable. I’ve had a couple issues and the HA crew has worked diligently to fix the issues and help me understand how the system works. My only complaint is the lack of availability of their product. They are always out of supplies. But, this could be because they are growing so quickly.

The machine came dented

The machine came dented, leaks on my floor, the door doesn't latch right and "night mode" has never worked. The fertilizer packs came covered in a sticky liquid leaking from the box, some of fertilizer packs are leaking, got replacement, packs came in same condition, leaking.
