The necklace that my husband ordered snapped , and customer service has offered me ways to replace the product with ease and I’m very satisfied with the service that was provided . Hey Harper company protects and serves their customers very well !

I was really excited to try Hey Harper’s 6-month subscription, but unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing from the start.My very first box didn’t match my style at all—even after completing the questionnaire. I understand it’s a “surprise,” so I brushed it off and gifted the items. But things went downhill from there.In my second shipment, the earrings arrived broken. I made multiple attempts to contact customer service using the email listed on the website, but my emails bounced back. I searched for other ways to get in touch—no phone number, no response through any channel. It was incredibly frustrating to have a damaged product and no way to resolve it.The third shipment was a bracelet I actually liked—but it broke within the first week of wearing it. At that point, the lack of quality combined with zero customer support became very clear.I’ve since received a couple items that were okay, but the overall experience has already been disappointing enough that I’m just waiting for my final shipment so I can cancel.The biggest issues for me:Poor product quality (items arriving broken or breaking quickly)Styles not aligning with preferences providedNo accessible or responsive customer serviceA subscription service should feel exciting and reliable—this has been neither. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

HeyHarper has one of the best customer service i reached out ! They are really responsive and solved my problem immediately, even better than what i expected. It is really nice to be able to contact a reliable customer service, given you clear and detailed explanations :)They also have good quality items, i have been wearing a few of their rings for the past few months and they are still as new

Lovely jewellery however, the clasps are not great on the earrings and I have as a result lost a pair. Really disappointing because I love the earrings.

I have been a good customer to Hey Harper. I have told friends about them. I have bought new pieces of their jewelry from Hey Harper directly. I have bought new and used pieces of their jewelry from eBay and Poshmark. I loved this stuff. I recently made an order directly with Hey Harper for some fun animal hoops. I bought 3 different earrings. Unfortunately I was hospitalized while the package was delivered. I opened the package when I felt well enough to go through my mail/packages. I had bought a pair of money hoop earrings. I could not find the earring without the tag. Hey Harper used a felt jewelry pouch to package their jewelry. The pouch is nice but almost all of their jewelry is polished and slippery. I felt bummed that I may have lost a cute earring. I contacted Hey Harper through their messaging. The first contact was an AI response to my questions. I was then directed to a human representative. I asked if I could buy a single earring. The AI representative directed me to the single item earrings. Unfortunately the monkey hoop earring is unavailable for purchase. I placed another order including the monkey hoop earrings. I was okay with doing that. I did find the other monkey hoop earring when I did a more extensive search. I sent a message to Hey Harper telling them I found the earring, asked if I could cancel that pair of earrings from my order. I sent 5 messages with no human response. I did get a message my new order will be shipping soon. It’s a shame because I like Hey Harper’s jewelry. Customer Service is what drives a company’s growth and customer loyalty. I am going to see if it is worth returning the extra set of monkey hoop earrings. I’m a little embarrassed at how much I have spent on Hey Harper jewelry but I have to accept that. I will be more careful with any future purchases. 03/30/26: I read some of the other reviews here. I ended up contacting Hey Harper on Instagram. I got a quicker response. Unfortunately my 2nd order wasn’t able to be stopped. Now the page for a return has an unavailable link. I love their jewelry so much. I would also recommend contacting Hey Harper via Instagram. If you place an order, make sure you know exactly what you want so you don’t need to make a return. I can’t really change my rating.

The necklace itself is absolutely beautiful — the design is stunning and the quality of the chain feels thick and well-made. The gold finish also looks very nice and hasn’t faded so far.However, I’m quite disappointed with the clasp. It feels much thinner and lower quality compared to the rest of the necklace. The spring mechanism doesn’t fully close properly, which means the clasp doesn’t secure correctly. Because of this, the necklace has already come undone several times without any pulling, and I almost lost it.I also contacted the brand to see if an exchange or solution would be possible, but I was told that this issue was not considered significant enough for a return or replacement, which I find quite disappointing.Additionally, it seems impossible to leave a negative review directly on the product page, which raises concerns about the transparency of the reviews.It’s a real shame because the piece itself is gorgeous, but the clasp seriously affects the usability and trust in wearing it. I hope this can be improved in the future.
