Haven’t seen any results after three…

Sauna blanket shorting out
The control unit was working one minute and then quit the next. Sent in videos and reached out to the company who then sent a replacement controller that also worked for about 5 seconds before it shorted out again. Higherdose then offered a 40% discount code to just buy a new one. That’s as far as they were willing to go. After further research on Trustpilot it seems like this is a very well known and documented problem with this product (sauna blanket). The unit was ordered over a year ago but barely used — literally only about 5 times. My wife had to discontinue heat therapy from the directive of her dermatologist (discoid lupus) so we were just passing it on to a family member when we discovered the problem. Very disappointed that Higherdose was unwilling to repair the blanket even after I offered to mail it back to them. And honestly speaking, spending another $420 on a new blanket after already spending $900 just wasn’t good enough. Don’t really care about it being over their 1 yr warranty — this is about product reliability and standing behind what you sell. It also does seem like you get an AI generated responses when emailing customer service. Getting someone on the phone has never worked for me either so I don’t really feel like I’m negotiating with or speaking to an actual person when reaching out to help@higherdose Whole heartedly agree with the other one star ratings for this product and company at this point and time. It’s obviously not well made and they obviously don’t care enough to stand behind their products. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to buying. Thank you to the other consumers who have taken their time to document their experience with this product and company.

Great, High Quality Products
I bought a sauna blanket in 2020, used it regularly, and just had to replace it in 2026. The product quality is unbeatable! The new sauna bed is sleeker and has updated features, but I was relieved when I first used it, because the heat was the same as my old one- in other words, the old one was not "dying" before it stopped working- it just stoped because of too much love for too long! I also have the infrared mask, and it is awesome! I highly recommend HigherDose!

Bad faulty blanket
I purchased a sauna blanket in late 2022.It was taken care of and suddenly last week it stopped working It took customer service time to get back to me and product was not warranted anymoreI am still awaiting a resolution Poor customer service and will be posted out on the website that the product does not have a long life for the expensive price Completely unacceptable and disappointing
