Home Depot delivers.
I ordered something on line for same day delivery. Within an hour my order was delivered without a delivery fee. Home Depot will definitely be my go to store.

Home Depot through their Pro Referral…
Home Depot through their Pro Referral Services recommended Custom Masonary Solutions LLC for an excavation patio project. The mason they referred us too defrauded my client of six thousand dollars. David Blake, the Mason, did not show up to do the job and Home Depot was unhelpful in helping us to resolve this issue.

I purchased a GE washer dryer stackable…
I purchased a GE washer dryer stackable combo. The washer has never worked well. Home Depot only gives 48 hours to return an appliance and you don’t know y s defective in such a short period of time. I bought a GE warranty which they will not honor even though two technicians said it will never work well and allOf the settings ima new machine cannot be used. Trying to deal with GE or Home Depot is extremely difficult. IWILL NEVER BUY ANY ITHER APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT. OVER $2000 and I’m stuck with a machine that does not work! I even have video. No help!

Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible. Contractor and every Home Depot store I’ve ordered thru for special orders is beyond ridiculous to just get the product from holding area. Waited almost a hour for a shower door to be brought to the front of the store. Was told repeatedly there was other products in front of my order that they needed to get someone to move . Would never recommend ordering anything thru Home Depot!

I would give them zero Stars I looked at numerous website they give free estimates but when you get a call from the store they charge you $40 for a consultation that is false advertisement misleading consumers this is really really false advertisement! SCAM. It's misleading to the customer how is this appropriate!!!!!

Poor customer service all around…
Poor customer service all around delivery service was really bad. I had to get a full refund and speaking of New Manager is like talking to a robot. It was not about the company policy. I call about my item been delivered. I waited for three days. I’ve still not delivered my first encounter I surely my last one star was just too much for this company. When you go inside, the store is hard for Staff to give you good direction, and where to find stuff. A lot of work to be done all wrong I’m not want to sit and write reviews but I had to put this out there.

Appliance delivery
I ordered a refrigerator, throught the Navy Exchange Program, that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. When the day came, the delivery team said they were given the wrong phone number and unit number. They left without making the delivery. I am stuck for another two days without fridge. Their customer service staff was no better. One agent confirmed they would deliver the next day. Then I received another email stating the delivery would be in 2 days. In the meantime, I am spending money on ice bags daily for the cooler and limited to what I can buy and keep. Home Depot does not care about delivery as long as they get their money upfront. Word to the wise: Lowes may be a better option. When it starts hitting in the pocket, that will get their attention.

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY
What went wrong?EVERYTHING...The delivery guys were the absolute WORST I have EVER encountered in my 61 years.I will NEVER use Home Depot to purchase anything that I cannot install myself!
