Club surprise
I signed up for the club, but missed the part where I receive a store credit for each purchase and not a discount. Bit of a disappontment when I got the first club email. The banner at the top of the page says. "Members save 20%." A little misleading.

Great bra but does need replacing every 6 months
I love the crossover bra, but it does start to lose shape and support after about 6 months. So it's not a bad price for a bra per se, but factor in that you have to buy them twice a year. Other bras have lasted me easily 2 years. I wish they could make a sturdier bra, because they have nailed everything else about bras!

Ads were good but discounts confusing
Like the selection and ads were well done. Received offer for new customer 15% but code did not work when I bought 2 crossover bundle. Offered code for free freight but freight was already free. Also code number was complicated, long. Hope I love the bras. They were pricey but I decided to splurge.we will see.

The online shopping experience was…
The online shopping experience was good, but at certain points it was difficult to navigate. I picked out the bra I wanted to try but then my cart populated with a theft protection fee and club membership. Next to that were recommended items to add. It got a little confusing to know what was in my cart and all the price differences (discount for this or that... a bigger discount if you add more.) It was just a lot. I deleted the club and theft fees, then I tried to add another bra and it started over again. Not as simple as Amazon (the standard - like it or not - for online shopping. ; )I will add that the customer service was outstanding and very responsive. After I submitted my order I received an email for 15% off my first order. I replied to that email thinking I'd never hear back - but! Not only did I hear back immediately, they applied to discount to my order and credited my card. THAT was above and beyond. Still waiting for my bras, but I'm hopeful. : )

It was easy to browse through the different options and styles. I appreciated the sizing chart and the color selection. I purchased a bundle that was conveniently located on the site.

It was easy, the sizing chart was particularly helpful.Look forward to receiving it, after buying cheaper ones and being dissatisfied I hope buy buying a much more expensive one it will be just what I am looking for, hope to get it soon

Shopping apps are a pain to use!
I do not appreciate being steered into using Shop, Apple Pay or other purchasing apps. I would rather just use a credit card.
