UPDATE!: A Month Of Issues, Nearly Expired Compensation, and... AI?

I ordered the SCIONESS on 2/5 as a gift for my husband (FTM) to be something he could use after he recovered from his surgery, as sexual activity has been put on hold while he is going through some medical difficulties. He'd mentioned his excitement for this many times, and I thought it would be the perfect gift for after all the trouble he's gone through. It came in two colors, and I had it ordered in green to avoid that tacky pink look most sex toys give off (the color says "wine purple", but it was very much pink). When it showed it was shipping the purple variation, I contacted customer service, just to know if the green was unavailable, and that it would be no big deal if it was. They told me they would fix the color issue, and get me a new tracking number. Forward to 2/16, and I had received no further updates on the order, just stating the label was made, but never shipped. I asked them if there was an issue, and they stated to me the green color was out of stock, a question I had asked and said wouldn't be an issue, which they had insisted on fixing. They suggested to me a red color, which at this point didn't even matter anymore. I expressed my frustration with the communication, and they said they would ship out the product, and a gift as compensation. I held my breath until 2/23, still empty-handed with no updates a second time, and my husband's recovery date unfortunately extended. I asked them again what the issue might be, and express that this product is a gift, not a personal purchase. With no reply the following day, I requested to cancel my order as it states to on their website, wanting to just be done and find an alternative. They responded incredibly reactively, saying they would express-ship my purchase, now with TWO compensation gifts. I tell them fine, last chance. On 3/3, they ask me how my order was going. My order is not here! So I tell them that! They say FedEx messed up, but the tracking never went padded "Label Created". They finally get the product to me on 3/9, over a month after I made the purchase and sent out the email inquiry. Now, I can't say anything about the product, as the recovery date is in a few days. However, the compensation gifts were a pair of 2oz bottles of spray toy cleaners, which expire IN ONE MONTH. I intend to shoot another email to them, because this was a ridiculous way to get tossed around. I don't care how good my husband finds this toy, I will never order from them ever again and instead find him alternatives if he sees another product he may like from them.UPDATE: I emailed how frustrating this eveny was, and they e-mailed me 3 days ago, offering a personal massager as a replacement gift and asking for an address confirmation. I responded the following day, and still have not received any information regarding the product or delivery. I just emailed them again telling them to forget it, I am not going through this jerk around again. Just shop at another site, honestly. If you have a local sex store that upcharges? Just buy from them. The extra money is worth not having to deal with bullshit AI-like email responses. No email sent to me looked the same, and one even contained an abundance of emojis that just seemed completely unprofessional. Convinced I was emailing back and forth with a multiple AI employees by the end of all this.

I'm very happy with the return policy!

I'm very happy with the return policy! I only got to use "Gale" a couple times and it quit. I really enjoyed it when it worked so you sent me another one. That one worked great a couple times and stopped. I thought oh no don't tell me I've got to send another warranty claim. I moved the part that moves, and luckily it has worked since. I thought maybe that was the problem with the first one, but couldn't get it to go. Thanks for having such a great service department!

5 toys only 2 works

For the 5th time now bought something the first 2 were good the 3 and 4th had very bad Bluetooth connection and actually just didn't work properly the connection was broken every time so this was just a bad buy then for the 5th time bought something again without Bluetooth the battery was not okay toy was always within 10 minutes on about this contacted honeyplaybox initially very good and fast response explained the problems what was going on then also mentioned about the 3 and 4th purchase about the bad Bluetooth connection they immediately admitted via email that they had experienced problems with this and they would in any case replace the toy with a bad battery and send it again and they would see what they could do for the toys with bad Bluetooth connection I neatly indicated everything what the problems were which phones we used answered everything they asked after that it went quiet and to this day they have not heard anything anymore I emailed a few more times but after I told them what was wrong and they had their information to improve their products they simply didn't respond anymore I think it's a shame because they have nice toys and initially the emailing went well until they had to come to a solution then it became radio silence it is unfortunate but unfortunately it can. I only give 1 star because of this out of 5 toys 2 work fine and the other 3 is a shame but unfortunately money wasted
