Excellent experience always
The picture I purchased is for my mom, she’s 94 and absolutely loves it! I suggested she look at the picture choices on icanvas because of the wonderful experiences that my daughter and I have had with you. Superior customer service and quality merchandise. Thank you!

Disappointed with quality
Enlarging the print to 36"x36" on canvas wonkified the image, or perhaps it was just a bad picture. In any case, it didn't work, and I wanted to return the order. I emailed Customer Service and received a prompt response, which I appreciated. However, the cost to return it was no less than $47.00. I don't want the picture, but the difference between the cost of the picture and the return shipping isn't worth the hassle.

Just what we wanted
We love our piece of art on our wall! It’s just what we wanted. We tried twice for the best size for the wall and it was so easy to send the first one back and end up with the one that works. Sometimes, even when you measure carefully it looks different on the wall than you think. So it’s nice that iCanvis understands that and makes it easy to try until you get it just right!

I received a faulty product (a poster…
I received a faulty product (a poster print with a large crease/cut in it), and have tried to contact iCanvas to ask for help, but I have gotten no response. There is NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL to contact this company, which is beyond frustrating.
