Not close to “premium quality”
Design is great, BUT quality is nowhere close to the ‘Premium quality’ they promise.My cover was used less than 6 months and no wear and tear on the outside, but the shell just spontaneously broke by the camera.Not worth the money!

So a friend ofHorrible customer service! NEVER deal with this company! mine asked me to order…
So a friend of mine asked me to order an iPhone 12 case for her which I did. I received the order confirmation and tracking number within a few hours. After 2 days of me constantly checking that tracking link which keeps saying it does not exist. I did not feel good about this company so I went up to their website to read their FAQ about returns which state oh, you cannot cancel an order because the moment one places an order, they get so excited and ship it instantly. I then contact them, and they only reply after 5 days telling me the same thing that they cannot cancel an order since orders ship immediately! I then tell them well if it ships immediately why does the tracking link show it doesn't exist? Still no reply after 1 week! Horrible company and appalling customer service.

I have purchased two face masks
I have purchased two face masks. Both of them have very bad smell of chemical substances. I can smell it when I open the package. The smell makes me feel dizzy and headache. I can not accept the product with such bad quality.

Not good delivery on reclaimed product.
Had some great deals offers, and most of the products where good and delivery fine.But one of the products had a defect and we where promised a new one right away. 3 weeks after the product was ready to be delivered we still haven't received anything. I have written twice and only answer, "we haven´t forgotten about you, we are very busy"Hopefully the product will arrive soon?

Not worth the money.
Quality of the cover for phones is not good at all for the price. I have it for few day and already first day corner got chipped of after I dropped it and now I discovered that other corner is cracked. With this speed you will need new cover every month. It's meant to protect the phone when you drop it so I would expect to be stronger. Delivery took also longer then I would expect.

I love my phone case/magnet wallet/iPod caseI just wish the phone case would be a little more protective on the sides. I’ve dropped it once and it scratched the side of my phone. I do LOVE it though, no where else can I find a snake print phone case/iPod case. Especially one that it textured ❤️🐍
