I have owned a Nordic Track indoor bike for 2 1/2 years and signed up for the basic subscription. The bike was expensive but high quality but the software is very slow to load despite good WiFi speeds, regularly has problems connecting to my Polar H10 on Bluetooth and the functionality has been progressively reduced in an attempt to force customers to upgrade to very expensive membership options. I now regret purchasing the bike. I also own a Concept 2 indoor rower which has a great free app and software which is regularly updated at no cost - it’s basic but professional and functional.

If I could rate 0 I would. Ifit subscribtion is a fraud. They charged my poor old mom $430. And will not refund it. Beware and stay away. Awful business. Unbelievably bad.

Probaby the worst service I have ever had from any company. This was for the evaluation of a malfunctioning NordicTrack treadmill and following repair. Parts were ordered and received by me on April 1 and I was told that a technician would call to schedule repair work within 48 hours (really, no joke). There was no contact. I reached out again on April 6 and was told that a technician would contact me that day. Did not happen. Called again on April 7 and was told that the work would be done immediately. I have no confidence that the work will get done. Service is ousourced to AIT Worldwide - they are inept.

I jump around a lot of series on my treadmill. I just finished John peels Romania series. I am looking for a series that has 1 1/2 to 3 mile runs. No land speed records. Some of us just like to run but can’t run or don’t want to run 3 + miles a day.

Great treadmill and programs when it works. If you have a maintenance issuee, calling IFIT for repairs are a nightmare. The customer service reps are friendly, but can't solve the problem. I've been dealing with trying to get service completed on my machine since Dec 2025 and still can't get it fixed. IFIT has major service repair issues with the company they contract to do the work.

Nordictrack and Proform along with all the other exercise equipment that requires an iFit subscription is borderline theft. You have to pay a premium price for the equipment and then pay for a subscription on top of that in order to use the equipment. They claim you can use very basic functions without a prescription, and they mean extremely basic while you are bombarded with advertisement teasers trying to trap you into a subscription. They even lock you out of using the Google maps to making your own route. They NOW offer two subscription plans. The Pro which gives you the "premium services" they described as features your equipment can do, you just cannot do it without paying that $40 a month (unless you get a slight discount). The individual subscription plan is $15 per month, but do not allow you access to those premium features of your equipment

My friend and co-worker gave up on their Proform Ifit Carbon TL treadmill because customer service failed to have it fixed by sending a horrible technician on 2 different repair trips. Motor slows and stops. Maybe a friction or control board issue. Red light pause cycle on the board with computer like sounds generated from the board and a pulse in the motor when stopped/malfunctioning. Customer service hung up on us 2 days in a row and had the nerve to tell my friend that it was out of warranty even though the warranty expired while waiting for them to send a new technician.. the treadmill was malfunctioning at the 7 month mark. I have the treadmill now and if I cannot get it to work or find a solution I guess I will take it to the dump. What a horrible company! How can customer service act like that and get away with it?The technician they sent out was horribly unprofessional as well. Roanoke VA/Hardy VA area. First hang up call to 833-680-4348 was 3/5/26 2:52pm 26 minute phone call. Second was the next day. Also sent an email with no response!

Update: Got an email from Trustpilot that says IFit needs my name and phone number to help make this right. Curious they didn't bother doing that when I was ON THE PHONE WITH THEM! All I got was an offer to have a technician take a look. I can take an elliptical apart and don't need a $175 show-up fee plus whatever they charge per hour PLUS whatever they overcharge for parts. (The techs are just making a living, I'm not blaming the player.) IFit had their chance, but for some reason a 1 star review on this site has them motivated? Somehow? Unless their warranty was updated to cover manufacturer defects then we're circling the "we can set up an appointment with a technician" drain. The only question left is if the crank was flawed during manufacture of if it was cracked during installation. IFit is the worst. Back to the original review.Do you trust them w/ your data? I don't. Not that I ever got that far. The integration w/ the NordicTrack elliptical was oppressive if you want to just get on it and use it. It really doesn't like being off line. If you need motivation from a pep rally video then maybe what you're doing isn't your thing. Then there's the equipment. The warranty, being 'frame only' is pretty worthless. None of the drive parts, like a 1 inch diameter stainless steel crank shaft that simply snapped, is covered. (I'm 150, my wife is 100, well below the upper weight limit and it still snapped like a stick.) None of the parts that attach to it are covered either. One of the handles is rusting out at the bolts that connect it. You read that right, RUST. It's kept inside. It's never wet! In case you're curious, drive shaft and bearings add up to just shy of $300, the handle is around $175. The two nuts that attach the handle are $20! Then there's the AI chatbot on their website. It's so fun for the chat window to pop up and dominate the screen every 30 seconds. So awesome. Then I tried it and it's worthless. It takes a few minutes to figure out you're not going to get an answer, then you agree to take your answer off the air and get an equally worthless reply from what I assume is another AI. Signing up is a mistake. Using it regularly is an even bigger mistake. But perhaps the biggest mistake of all is buying the NordicTrack equipment in the first place. You got me NordicTrack. I'd have done zero stars if it was allowed.

I received a 1 year membership to iFit with a pro-form rower. It had a paper telling me the attached card gave me access to ifit.com for 1 year. I kept the card and got rid of the paper. I activated my membership but it complained 1 month later saying my credit card info was missing. Turns out the card only had a 1 month membership. When I contacted ifit I was told what I needed is the paper that was with the card. The card is not the important piece but the paper is! What kind of ridiculous packaging is that. It's practically a bait and switch scam.
