I bought an Uno Synth Pro dDesktop a couple of months ago. The firmware was version 1.0.0. I wanted to update to a never versioner. From IK Multimedias web site I downloaded the Updater 2.0.0, an ran it. During update I got the following message "Preset updates failed, restart the program." That did not help. Now the synth is stucked with message "os update" I reported this via IK Multimedia support system 6-7 weeks ago but I have not received any answer yet. I sent a reminder, but no response at all. I now have a useless synth, which is a shame!

Support responds quickly. They replied to me literally within 30 minutes. I asked for a refund for a plugin I purchased that I simply didn’t end up needing. The money was returned without any problems. Everything was polite and efficient. I use the T-RackS 6 MAX plugin. Super!

I received my iLoud Sub on 12/31/2025 as soon as they were available at Sweetwater. I hadn't used any sort of room calibration or anything, and being in an untreated room, it was astounding how much better the iLoud Sub and ARC X made everything sound. Unfortunately, about a week after using the sub, I started hearing a static/USB type of noise that was only coming through the output from the iLoud Sub. Long story short, I reached out to IK Support after trying all sorts of things to get rid of the noise, and they were extremely helpful. After some back and forth, and troubleshooting, it was determined that the best thing to do would be to issue a replacement unit. Apparently, I was the first person to report having this issue... The replacement unit came two days ago, and I have spent many hours using it since then. The unit is working great, with NO noise, so I must've received a defective unit the first time or something. Thanks to IK for helping me get back to making music ASAP! 5 stars!!!

Although Support initially said, 'IT is working this issue and it should be resolved in a few days', I heard nothing more. A week later I sent multiple requests to have my new product made available to me, and received an instance response, saying, 'Register your product again and it will resolve your issues'. I did and it worked!It's a great comfort knowing Support is there for me!

All I hear is IK doesn’t respond. Let me tell you. I dropped a ticket in and within 2 hours the sorted out my issue and made it better! Jason at IK was not only quick but solved the problem and suggested how to make it better!!Great customer service!!!
