Can not return
Ive just gone to yo the return and cant as it only gives you 5 days, ive emailed them , lets see if they reply, disgusting 5 day return, i will never use again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MOB...
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MOB.... CAN'T GET A REFUND AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. Waited so far 20 days to get a refund on an item that was returned and accepted by them on the 3rd Dec and still waiting on the refunds. They are a disgrace.

Chasing a Refund
I purchased a pair of boots through Debenhams and was not aware that in order to get a refund it would be the seller i went through rather than Debenhams. Anyway, I sent this back to Ikrush and had no communication from them. I then asked for for details and they just said they had not had chance to scan the item yet and that i should send them proof of the tracking. I sent the Royal Mail proof and was told they were very busy and that it would be soon. I then sent a further email with my rights as a consumer which they replied they had longer to which i was sent another email to say they had exceeded this because it was not working days. Anyways after lots of back and froth with the company i do have a refund for this but i would not recommend getting anything from them as was a nightmare and not worth the hassel of having to chase my own money

Awful for refunds
I have returned 2 items to Ikrush and everytime I have to send constant emails for my refund. I am still awaiting a refund after several emails from them for my 2nd item

I placed two orders on this website
I placed two orders on this website, and I absolutely do not recommend this company. I returned one order because the shoes were too small, and I have still not received a refund after more than 30 days. Customer service keeps replying that my refund is “in progress.”The second order, which I kept, is completely unwearable after 30 days. The shoes are destroyed — after three weeks the sole cracked on both shoes, and the sides started coming apart. The inside of the shoes is also in terrible condition. I wrote to customer service, and they responded that they cannot accept any type of complaint because the shoes are damaged, even though I contacted them specifically about the damage, which should not occur after such a short period of normal use.

Never buy from them. Worst customer service ever.
Never buy from them. You wont receive your refund. Between them and debenhams, i have had the worst customer experience to date! Took weeks to even get a return and now no refund received.

I bought a pair of boot and retuned them. It’s been over 4 weeks now with me chasing them for a refund. They keep lying they will pay me while they are not doing it. I wouldn’t recommend their shop. Their customer service is poor how can a refund take that long?
