Very disappointed
I ordered some of these supplements. While the benefits seemed too good to true I purchased because of the 30 day money back guarantee. As expected the supplements did nothing at all. When I applied for my money back I was told I needed to send the empty bottles back to the USA which will cost almost as much as the refund will be. Be warned that if you are outside the USA the guarantee is practically worthless. Total scam!

I had an issue where my package was delivered to the wrong address, which was really stressful at first. However, I was impressed with how quickly and professionally the team responded when I reached out. They handled the situation efficiently and resolved the issue without delay.Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a company responds—and in this case, their customer service was fast, helpful, and reliable. I appreciate the prompt support and would still recommend them based on how well they handled the situation.

I've been using innosupps for fifteen…
I've been using innosupps for fifteen years now. The exchange rate makes them expensive to Australia. But I find them a high quality and they definitely work. I'm now fifty seven put training like I'm thirty two. I reckon innosupps has alot to do with this with keeping me focused, motivated and good recovery. Over the years if I do need any advice or adjust an order the customer service is always prompt and nothing is to much trouble another reason why I keep on going back.

Great Supplement & Amazing Customer Service
Inno Drive for Her is an incredible supplement. Improved my energy, mood, and reduced belly fat. The customer service is also exceptional. There was a double subscription error and the issue was resolved within an hour.

UK here I’ve been using inno for years now still stand by it there isn’t that much brands out there let alone in the uk that can compete I was a bit upset that they changed some of there big stacks as that’s what really made sense for me I Decided just to give my feedback on the changes 2 emails later same day I was sent a link for my stack that I used to get wonderful customer services if your thinking of trying inno out I suggest you see that decision through ! 🫡

Amazing customer service
Had an issue with nz customs, they were on it straight away. Fast efficient communication from innosupps and had sorted the issue within an hour! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

I’ve been taking innosupps for a few…
I’ve been taking innosupps for a few years now. Anytime I’ve had an issue, customer support has been able to solve the problem immediately. Not only is customer service excellent, but the supplements are as well. I’ve tried several of their products with the recent ones focusing on gut health. I had a baby 5 months ago and the gut protect has been my go to for getting my gut health regulated.

Customer Support Win
Just had to email someone back and forth a few times as I was trying to make a new subscription purchase for myself and my husband. I was so surprised at how quickly I got a response and they kept up the help until the purchase was completed. As a new customer this make me feel much more confident in working with this company. I dont know if I've ever had someone respond to me that quickly from submitting a question on their website. Very happy to go on this journey with their supplements.
