Great software value
After using this software for a couple of years, it's clear that this company provides real value with their software and support system. I would highly recommend their software, as they are continuously working to make sure the customer has a great experience and make it easy to use.

I have been using Inpixio Pro 11 for…
I have been using Inpixio Pro 11 for years to clean up old glass plate negative images. Yesterday, it stopped working and reverted to the free version. Tech support had me delete software and told me to reinstall it from the disk, but it wouldn't install. Short answer is I have paid for a year subscription, with 5 months remaining, that it no longer supported. The 12 version does not have any of the features I need to manually edit images, no AI. It also limits the number of images I can edit and save to 100. If I had known this, I never would have renewed. Buyer BEWARE!!

inPixio didn't give up on me and stayed…
inPixio didn't give up on me and stayed with me helping me until my issues were solved. Microsoft changed my settings and I couldn't find my pictures or files. I then purhased a new laptop and had all of my files transferred over to my new laptop and that complicated things even more. The Inpixio support staff stayed with me until I knew where to find my photos and make new files. It was a nightmare buy inPoxio never gave up on me! Thank you to the support staff at inPixio for never giving up on a old 84 year old! You're the best and inPixio is the best photo app around!

Very expensive and difficult to unsubscribe.
This company makes it difficult to unsubscribe from their software, and the annual subscription rate is very expensive compared to what else is available.

I have used InPixio for several years. I am very happy with the results for my photos and the service support as well.

I used the software to remove objects
I used the software to remove objects, watermarks and text, and was very happy with the results. But then when I renewed my subscription and paid for it, I was told that I basically paid for what I could have already do for free, but in order to remove inpixio's watermak, I would have to upgrade! Am I insance to pay for something I can do for free on their website? No! Inpixio is insane for choosing to loose their customers by being crooks! I canceled my subscription, of course, and uninstalled their app. BTW - they're the most aggressive company I have come across in terms of harassing their customers with pop-windows for upgrades. When the subscription expires they bombard your screen with ads telling you "this is your last chance to upgrade". I got about 20 such annoying popup ads a day.

The software is good
The software is good. One grumble, you have to close it and then reopen again if wanting to use a different festure, eg change sky, then remove background.
