I purchased a package and forgot to use it, so it expired. When I contacted them, they not only extended the date, they gave me a free year subscription! Great customer service from Blaira! I have used them in the past, and the results are always interesting and very thorough. They have great tools to optimize your health!

They will steal your data and won't suppress it even tho you asked them multiple times to delete all your data and to remove your infos from their company. Then keep harassing you per mail to join back their awful service. Worthless company and service, make an excel, a notion, or whatever other solution that keeps you away from inside tracker

InsideTracker.com repeatedly told me that my prescription would be completed “today,” then “soon,” then “they’re working on it.” It has now been several weeks with no prescription provided and no clear answers or follow-up.Customer support gave us the runaround, never offering a complete or direct explanation—just vague assurances with no follow-through. The only thing provided was basic bloodwork results, which can be obtained at a free clinic, offering no real value for what was paid.Most frustratingly, they failed to disclose upfront that they cannot fill prescriptions in my state due to lack of authorization. This information was never clearly communicated until after significant time had passed, effectively stringing us along with false expectations.In the end, there was no movement on the prescription, no meaningful service delivered, and no transparency. This experience felt misleading and was a complete waste of time and money.

The customer service at InsideTracker is probably one of the best services I've received in some time. I had an issue with a previous order and their customer service rep Janina was on it! She was very responsive and ask clarifying questions to help me resolve my issue. 10/10 customer service.

What an incredible company!!! I've been with them for several years now and had purchased several tests as part of a package. I was spacing them out as part of my health journey and didn't realize that they had an expiry date. No problem at all though, as the amazing InsideTracker team (shout out to Blaira!) extended the tests immediately and without any issue. Excellent customer service and why they're my only choice for these tests and nutritional support!!!

Had a problem with expiring tests that had been purchased a while back. Didnt need to use them all recently due to other tests being done. Contacted the Inside Tracker team and they were very understanding and provided additional time for me. This was great customer service and a quick response/
