Delivered on time but very poor value
The flowers were delivered on time but, having selected the larger size option, at £80 plus delivery charge, I was really disappointed at how small the bunch was.I understand that florists have to make profit but there is no way that the bunch contained anything like £40 of market-value blooms.It is unlikely that the family will ever use this florist again - and they spend a considerable amount on flowers.

The item I ordered was unavailable, so I selected an alternative which was delivered on time. I am told by the recipient that the box was badly damaged, but luckily the replacement plant was ok.
