Best & Worst of our experience

We ordered a sectional sofa. here's the best and the worst of our experience:The Good: The sales team is enthusiastically aggressive and the showroom furniture is decent quality with reasonable fabric/color options, though the styles aren't particularly distinctive from any other furniture company. The Bad: Customer service is a real pain point — the company relies heavily on chatbots and AI with no live support, only email correspondence that takes 2–3+ business days for a real response. Who does that and thinks this is timely customer support? On top of that, the sofa arrived four weeks late with no apologies. We were given only one delivery window, so I had to take off work and wait for hours for delivery. Honestly, there are better companies who understand good customer relations, Interior Define has a lot of learning to do. C-

Give me my refund.

Seems like this company has gone down the drain since last year. I ordered my couch 12/10 and was finally supposed to get it today, 4/10. I contacted their customer service several times in between and received the same copy+paste response about delays at the port. Today delivery was supposed to be from 12-3pm. I take the day off from work. At 2:55pm I call customer service and get told they're about an hour late. It's 4:25pm now and still no couch. I have no couch in my house because I hired someone to take it away yesterday. I'd love to let you know how the couch is, if it ever arrives. But right now I'm looking for a refund on the $299 I paid for "white glove delivery."

I ordered U-Shaped Banquette on 1/6/26…

I ordered U-Shaped Banquette on 1/6/26 Estimated delivery date was 2-3 months. Now we in April and estimate updated from April to May and then from May to June. There is no support available: contact form not working, support chat is AI based with no way to connect and speak with human, no one is picking up the phone. Stay away from this company........

Lies, lies, lies and NO delivery

I ordered a custom couch (Winslow) in Dec 2025 with a promised delivery window of late Feb/early Mar. After receiving several emails that my order was in process, touting their inspection process, it was crickets. I inquired about the delay. They waived the $299 white glove delivery charge and promised delivery by early April. That has come and gone. NOW, after 4 months with no couch, I inquired again and they tell me they have logistics and supply chain problems and don't know when they can deliver. They've had my money since December and never reached out to me once with an update, except deceitful promotional BS. I still have no couch or any idea when I might have one. I will never do business with these people again.

I ordered a sofa December 1

I ordered a sofa December 1, 2025. I was told it would be 8-12 weeks to receive the sofa. It has been almost 18 weeks and it still shows.in production. There is no one you can talk to about your order. Customer support on-line always answers that they are very busy and will get back to you in 48 hours. You can not talk to a live person or get any information. At this point I just want to cancel the order.

Sleeping on the Floor

My order for the Skylar Bed arrived today missing it's legs and some of the hardware necessary for assembly. The third party delivery team was unable to assemble the bed and left to await resolution from Interior Define. I was told the delivery team would reach out to Interior Define but they advised I also reach out in hopes of resolving the issue promptly. I am 8 months pregnant and disposed of the bed that this one is replacing yesterday to prepare the space for the new bed. I explained this when I reached out to Interior Define customer support and requested that parts were mailed overnight to avoid sleeping on the floor for more than a night or two. My request was completely ignored and I was told the parts were mailed standard shipping and would take around a week to arrive. The customer support for Interior Define is horrible. There is no way to speak over the phone with a human and the email support dodges any requests of reasonableness to resolve the issue more promptly. A $50-$100 cost of overnighting missing parts is not much to ask when the price of the item was over $2,000. I do not recommend purchasing from Interior Define and will not be doing so again.

Horrible quality and customer service

I am so incredibly upset. I ordered a custom sectional with “performance” fabric and down-filled cushions (per the recommendation of the designer assigned to me). I have never bought a new piece of furniture and this was a huge investment for me. I needed a specific size, which is how I ended up here. They offered the bigger options. The fabric is HORRIBLE. Not at all stain-resistant, which is a problem since it’s off-white, AND it pills terribly. It looks so shabby. The “down-filled” cushions are. Nightmare. They legit just stuffed some feathers under the fabric WITHOUT any sort of liner or encasement. So you sit down and have feathers poking you and coming out everywhere. It’s super not comfortable. I spent around $9500 and am left with a piece of garbage. I am devastated and their company literally could not care less. Horribly quality and customer service.

Overall I am happy with the counter…

Overall I am happy with the counter stools I ordered; the quality is very nice, the delivery was literally white-glove. I’m happy with the chairs, they’re sturdy, very elegant and the color is pretty close to what I chose. I must be one of the few lucky ones who hasn’t had major concerns. Thank God! Something had to go right with our renovation. Delivery time was pretty much what they said it would be.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUYI purchased a Graham Bed from Interior Define specifically because it was listed as IN STOCK with 1-3 week shipping. My wife is pregnant and we had just moved. We needed a bed quickly and chose Interior Define over competitors based on that promise. What followed was the most frustrating consumer experience I have ever had. My pregnant wife has been sleeping on a TRAP MATTRESS for two weeks. Feb 7 - Placed my order. Item listed as in stock. Expected delivery within 1-3 weeks.Feb 19 - Over a week later, order status says "still in production." I reach out asking what's going on.Feb 20 - I follow up again. Get a canned response: "I have reached out to our internal team." No information.Feb 24 - Follow up a third time. Get the exact same copy-paste response. Word for word.Feb 25 - Ask for updates again. Told "our logistics team has reached out directly to the factory" and to expect an update by Monday. I ask for a phone call. Denied. They don't do phone support.Feb 26 - Told they have "limited information." Expect a "clearer update by Monday." Monday comes and goes.Feb 28 - Reach out yet again. Same non-answer: "still haven't received any update from our Logistics team."Mar 2 - Ask someone to call me. Denied again. My pregnant wife and I are sleeping on a mattress on the floor at this point.Mar 3 - Express my frustration. Get told to keep my communication "professional." Incredible. The company that has lied about stock availability and blown every promised timeline is lecturing me on tone.Mar 6 - Finally get something resembling an explanation: a "short-term operational matter with our vendor" is causing delays. Their plan? Follow up in another three days. Nearly three weeks of emails and this is the first time they even hint at what's wrong.Mar 9 - After my most detailed complaint yet, they refund the $299 shipping fee. A nice gesture, but still no delivery date, no tracking number, no concrete information of any kind.Mar 12 - Told it's "scheduled for Metropolitan pick up this week" and that Metropolitan will "reach out" to schedule delivery. No defined timeline. No delivery date. No tracking number. Just another vague promise that someone, at some point, might contact us. We are STILL waiting for our bed. It has now been over five weeks since we ordered an "in stock" item with 1-3 week shipping.Sooo... It took over three weeks of near-daily emails to get any semblance of transparency. Every response was a variation of "we're looking into it" or "we'll follow up in a few days." They refused phone support at every turn. They listed an item as in stock that clearly was not. My pregnant wife slept on the floor for weeks because we trusted their shipping estimate. And as of today, we still don't have our bed.If you're considering Interior Define: the prices look good and the furniture looks nice in photos. But if anything goes wrong, and based on other reviews, things go wrong often, you will be trapped in an endless loop of vague, copy-paste emails with a support team that cannot or will not give you a straight answer. Buy from a company that actually has inventory and accountability.

16+ Weeks Later and Still No Furniture — Constant Delays

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Interior Define to think twice. DO NOT SHOP HERE! We are currently at 16 weeks and still do not have our furniture. What is most frustrating is not just the delay itself, but the repeated pattern of moving the delivery date forward with little to no proactive communication. Each time we approach the expected delivery window, the date gets pushed back again. We planned our space around this purchase and have been left waiting far beyond the original timeline provided at checkout. The lack of accountability and consistent timeline changes have made this an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. At this point, we are exploring legal options due to the ongoing delays and failure to deliver within a reasonable timeframe. Please be cautious before placing an order. This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences we’ve ever had.
