It took way longer than thought....and…

It took way longer than thought....and then I got the box. It was damaged and EMPTY. No ring. Just packaging. Box looked tampered with, almost like it was stolen at Customs. I'm beyond disappointed and want a refund.

Took 2 months to send half my…

Took 2 months to send half my order...never got the rest. No reply from customer service. I had to involve my credit card to get my monies back. They tried to claim they sent a complete order. Do not order from these thieves...

My 3 month old ring lost a stone

My 3 month old ring lost a stone. After some haggling, I paid $25 shipping fee to have them send me a new ring. Obviously I was still under warranty but was asked to pay the shipper. I paid just under $120 for the ring so I guess this wasn’t too much.

Quality is OK. Customer service sucks.

I bought a few items from them. All items except one came relatively quickly but one was delivered with several week delay. Quality was good for the money. My only complaint is their returning process. I decided return one item from a few I bought simply because its size was to large for my test. So, I found that their returning process is real pain in the ass. After 8 days I still have not received any mailing label or even instructions how to return my item despite 4 back-and-force emails to their customer service. It looks they are instructed to intentionally play full and do their best to delay your returning process hoping you give up eventually. I have been still struggling to get any meaningful response from the customer service.🔚

Here’s a clear, strong, and polished version of your review you can post or send:⸻I ordered a jewelry set from ITALO in November and spent about $130. It arrived about three weeks later, but after wearing the ring for just two days, the stone fell out.They sent a replacement, which took another three weeks to arrive. I wore that ring for one day—the stone fell out again. This happened repeatedly. Each replacement ring lasted only one or two days before the stone fell out.Instead of issuing a refund, they kept sending replacements, dragging the situation out past their 90-day refund window. When I requested a refund, they initially refused because of that policy—even though the delays were caused by their repeated replacements of defective products.After a lot of back-and-forth, I finally managed to get a refund, but even then it was unacceptable. I had to create a PayPal account just to receive it, and I didn’t even get the full amount back—I was refunded around $104–$108 due to fees. I should have received a full refund with no deductions, especially given that the issue was entirely due to poor product quality.Customer service was also frustrating. Communication was limited to email, with responses only once per day, likely due to time zone differences.Overall, the quality is extremely poor, and the customer service process makes resolving issues unnecessarily difficult. Affordable quality choices

Company offers many choices for various categories. I have purchased prior and product quality is very good. In fact there have been quite a few people on the jewelry. Price points are ok and you do offer that fifty percent discount. My issue if I may is the length of shipping time. I like what I see and affordable with quality standards. I would recommend to anyone who asks. Thank You
