Beware of Ring Sizing Tool
Disappointed with how our issue was handled. We ordered an engagement ring using the James Allen ring sizer on their website, which recommended a size 7. The ring arrived too small. When we contacted James Allen, they told us that wider bands fit tighter and may require sizing up - information that was never shown anywhere during the sizing process or at checkout.We are in Canada, so sending it back for resizing is not ideal. We asked for a small partial reimbursement of $150 CAD to cover a local resize, which felt very reasonable given that we followed their own tool and received no warning. After multiple attempts and escalation to senior management, they declined.We love the ring itself, but the lack of transparency around sizing and the unwillingness to make it right as a goodwill gesture was really disappointing for what should have been a special purchase.

Garbage Jewelry
This company makes products that they don’t stand behind. Good luck keeping your jewelry in decent condition. Earrings break, maker will not honor their own warranty. Garbage. So many better products available without the hassle of a dishonest company. Highly recommend avoiding these people.

Be Cautious with Estimated Ship Dates
This is the second order we’ve placed with James Allen that was delayed. Fortunately, customer service stepped in and the gift arrived just under the wire, but I had ordered more than a month in advance, with an estimated delivery window that suggested a two-week buffer.Based on these experiences, I’d be cautious about relying on the stated ship dates, as they haven’t proven to be accurate.The earrings themselves are lovely, but they’re also fairly simple, which makes the delay harder to understand. It seems less like a complexity issue and more a matter of timing on the production side.

Absolutely love this piece

Everything was perfect!

Inconsistency in size
I did not like the fact that ring sizes were not consistent. My wife is wearing one 6.5 which is kind of tight. But then newly bought 6 is loose. I already did one round of size change from 6.5 to 6.

gorgeous but…
The rings are gorgeous. However getting them serviced literally takes forever. It’s crazy to pay so much money, then to have to wait 2 months. I could have just ordered a whole new ring. I don’t get it because it wasn’t engraved.
