Nice -wash at least three times before using.
I like their Lux sheets - however, it important to know that they have to be washed at least three times before use. They shed everywhere and the dryer screen is always full. Not sure why no one mentions this fact.

The durability is very poor for such a premium product
I bought this expensive Jennifer Adams cover from Costco less than a month ago. I was thrilled with it; it’s beautiful, the fabric is soft, and it felt perfect. However, after the very first wash, done carefully and following the instructions exactly, the fabric began to unravel, leaving numerous loose threads. I was truly disappointed!This has never happened to me before, not even with older blankets that I’ve washed countless times. I honestly expected much better quality for the price. The durability is very poor for such a premium product.

Don't waste your money
I purchased Jennifer Adams 400 thread count Sateen sheets for $190 on Amazon. I thought they would be luxurious but when I received them, I knew right away that they were absolutely not. But I wanted to be fair, so I thought I would try washing in the hopes that they would soften. Nope. They are an absolute rip off. They aren't luxurious. They aren't soft. And I can't get my money back now. Don't waste your money.

Give me back the original quality
I have ALWAYS loved the Jennifer Adams sheets that I purchased from Costco! I have ordered over 15 sets for both of my homes. However I purchased 5 more sets for this Christmas as gifts. However upon receiving this batch they were NOT the same sheets. The previous ones had micro fiber but these new ones were scratchy, sewing poorly made, and NOT the same fabric. The package says the sheets are micro Buber the the actual sheet does not. I took all 5 back to Costco. I have made a number of calls into Jennifer Adams customer service but no one has answered. I have left many NUMBER of voice messages but not one call has been returned. I also sent a number of emails with again NO response. VERY disappointed because for years her sheets have been the ONLY sheets I would purchase and have recommended them to many many people. Very sad! All I want is the original sheets with the same fabric and same quality as before.

Quality concern
I bought a set of Jennifer Adams sheets at Costco 4 years ago and totally loved them. Recently I needed to replace them because the elastic on the bottom sheet was no longer elastic so I purchased a new set of Lux sheets from Jennifer Adams’ website The original set of sheets never wrinkled no matter how long you left them in the dryer, but the new sheets are never not wrinkled. Even the bamboo sheets I have on another bed wrinkle less than the new Lux sheets. Totally disappointed in this purchase.

high-end range…that pilled within 2-weeks
The sheets are in the high-end range from a price point. They feel wonderful (hence why I purchased) but they started to 'pill' within 2-weeks. I have emailed customer service twice and keep receiving an automated response.Very unhappy. No one has resolved.

Feel Great and Look Great and you can't…
Feel Great and Look Great and you can't wear a set out. I've been sleeping on a set of these sheets and pillow cases for more than 4 years. I own a few sets but I usually wash them weekly and put them right back on my bed. I need a set of the Whispering Blue color in Cal King (please bring that color back). You will love these sheets... I've recommended them to family and friends - everybody loves them. The bedspreads and throw blankets are also soft and GREAT too.

They claimed the sheets would never…
They claimed the sheets would never pill up. WRONG!! Just after 4 months they are pilling and I just want to throw them away!!! Don’t waste your money. I’ve spent half that amount on sheets that never pilled and were just as soft
