Nobody ever answered me
Asked a question on chat and no one ever answered. Requested by email, they asked me what I needed and after I responded I never heard back. Not sure if you really want to sell me a bike at this point.

Dream Bike Purchase

Can't choose a seperate billing address
I had to make 3 seperate inquiries before your chat function worked correctly. On the third attempt I finally got to speak with Dylan who assured me he had corrected the issue and that I would be able to place my order now. Upon trying I found the issue had not been resolved and I was still unable to place an order due to the inability to differentiate my billing address from my shipping address (literally never seen this problem from any other online retailer). If I could give less than one star I would. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Missing items, cant get in contact.
Missing items, no contact. On hold for hours, sign up to be called back. Call back INSTANTLY, but goes to spam. No email response. What do I do? Your Trust Pilot score on your website says 4.75... are you lying or is it tanking that fast?

Website description was inaccurate. The chat representative acknowledged the website error, but provided no meaningful remedy for the fact that the bike delivered was materially different from the bike advertised.
