From start to finish Jet2 did not…
From start to finish Jet2 did not disappoint. Easy to book; lots of reminders about what needed to be done before going; good communication throughout the holiday via the app and staff; everything ran like clockwork. I wouldn't hesitate to book through Jet2 again.

As usual the whole process from booking to flights, transfers and hotel were first class . Had to phone jet2 customer services as I'd put a wrong date of birt for one of our party but it was changed quickly and with no fuss or cost

Jet 2 without doubt the number one in…
Jet 2 without doubt the number one in package holidays. First class service from check in, flight, transfers and hotel and hotel. Delays due to new European visa system were overcome by Jet 2 planning ahead and solving issues. Hotel Falesia was superb no issues excellent service , room and food would highly recommend

Had a wonderful holiday in H10 Lanzarote Princess. Friendly and attentive staff. Wonderful buffet for breakfast and dinner. The evening entertainment was very good. This was our second visit and hope to return again soon.

I've always been treated very well by Jet2 staff. On my journey to Tenerife last month they were very well organised, both Belfast & Tenerife south. No queues, I had food both journeys, good quality and hot. Pick ups on time, lovely hotel. Thank you
