I am facing problem with eSIM and got help via whatsapp from customer service officer, JV, who is very patient and guide me step by step to troubleshoot. Problem is solved and I can procced my day peacefully at overseas now.Thank you JV. Much appreciated your help.

Exceedingly helpful
Had problems downloading eSim whilst travelling, got in touch via WhatsApp and after receiving automated response, finally chatted with an agent (Jetpac Happiness Expert). He was most helpful and talked through various suggestions to assist. This is the first time I had to ask for assistance but found them responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend Jetpac!

i couldnt install the e-sim to my device i think because i had an old one and it didnt recognise it or something else. But jetpac global whatsapp helpline did help in minutes. i really like how helpfull they are thats why i choose them every single time.
