Outstanding customer care
I wanted a gold flip flop, to go on an already purchased chain, as a wedding gift for my husband to be. I found exactly what I wanted at Jetset Candy and ordered it, in the mistaken belief that it would arrive in time for the wedding. When I found out the actual anticipated arrival date I was horrified, and contacted customer service, who politely explained my misunderstanding of their delivery terns. I was still unhappy, but when I told Katie what it was for she seemed so upset on my behalf, and even though she could not expedite delivery in time for the wedding she offered me a gold charm of my choice as consolation, which I accepted. From then on she kept in touch with me regularly, even throughout my honeymoon. At one point I thought she was confused about my choice of charm when she asked for another choice so I was thrilled to receive a gold Eiffel Tower AND a gold luggage tag detailing Venice Italy and Marco Polo, exactly as I chose. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. I cannot praise this customer service highly enough.

Ordered during the Black Friday sale so…
Ordered during the Black Friday sale so expected there to be a slight delay, and long delivery as it was being shipped to the UK. The order was shipped after 15 working days (the website stated 10 working days during busy times plus 4 additional days for customised items) so I was happy with that, and then they arrived in 3 days to the UK! I was amazed with the shipping! Thank you so much Katie for making sure it arrived for Christmas. The charms are amazing quality and so sweet. I can’t wait to order more!

Ordered a simple charm
Ordered a simple charm. After I ordered they told me that it would 12 weeks to get charm. Later they changed their checkout page to say it could be up to 12 weeks to get a custom order. My charm was not. Beee very careful when doing business with this company.

Timeless & Functional
Love everything about this brand. Some of my favorite, timeless pieces are from them. I love that you can change up the design too, like sometimes I'll clip my infinity links to my paperclip necklace to make it longer and change up the charms, it becomes a whole new vibe. I've even had to return something once, and they made it easy for me to bring it to their store since I'm local, even though I bought it online. I look forward to gifting more JSC to both myself and others!

Okay, I wasn’t planning on falling in love with a jewelry brand, but here we are!!I have so many of their charms and the convertible choker! OBSESSED. Everything they have to offer is super cute, surprisingly detailed, and has a little story to tell. Jet Set Candy found a way of turning jewelry into tiny, wearable moments which is so so special. Oh, and then unboxing? A full-on event. 🎁 You can tell they put in a lot of time in curating the best experience. Their team is basically your jewelry concierge. I had a question about sizing and got a friendly, fast, and actually helpful response (shocking, I know). You can tell they love what they do and actually want you to feel happy and taken care of—which I totally did.Jet Set Candy is that girl. Zero regrets. 💖✨

Beautiful Charm Bracelet!
I am so happy with my beautiful charm bracelet I received for my 60th birthday gift! It is so cool how it “tells a story” with the celebration trip to Aruba. Charms included “60”, Palm tree, Margarita glass, oyster shell that opens with pearl inside, airplane, passport to Aruba, it is very high quality & well made. Everytime I look at it I’m reminded of a fantastic trip with great friends . Thanks JetSet Candy for making such an awesome charm bracelet! One of a Kind! ❤️

I love it!
I visited the Grand Central store before Christmas to get something for my wife. I bought the Irish 4 leaf clover charm on a chain, all solid gold. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Great quality and she loves that she never has to take it off. We later went back and bought another gift for my mom, we got her the gold map charm and little NYC key to represent our connection across the world. She also loved it and now wants initial charms to add, so our next purchases will be the mini nautical charms in solid gold. Thank you Jet Set Candy for making gift giving simple!

Amazing Attention to Detail and Customer Service!
I ordered a few things from Jet Set Candy last April - some charms for my daughter's charm bracelet and matching charm necklaces with Paris tags for an upcoming trip with my sisters. The packaging was stunning! They provided me with a variety of colored boxes each with a branded velvet pouch. Even though I was only keeping one item from the package for myself it felt like a gift! The charms were beautifully made, with small details and engraving for the locations (luggage tag charms.) I gave my daughter the clamshell charm and F1 race car as those are personal things to her. The details were exquisite with actual rolling wheels on the car and a pearl inside the shell! Last minute I decided to add one more charm to the order and the customer service was fast and helpful! My package came quickly and I feel incredibly prepared for upcoming birthdays. :)

Unique quality jewelry to remember a special time …
This was the best thing I have EVER ordered online - it exceeded my expectations in EVERY way. I bought my daughters necklaces to commemorate our first adult trip together. the boarding pass charm was PERFECTLY engraved, front and back. The PACKAGING! often, when you purchase a gift online, the message is typed on the packing slip, the bag is thrown in along side the gift - not JET SET CANDY! I will not spoil the fun for others, but trust me, they paid attention to EVERY detail of the gift opening experience. My daughters loved the custom gift that will always remind them of our best time together.
