Absolutely horrendous

Absolutely horrendous. Bought 3 items in December. Returned 2/3 items. Paid through Klana. Company went into administration having received my returns with email confirmation. Radio silence. Will not reply to me or Klana. Also emailed the administration email address. Nothing. Feel sorry for anyone else waiting for a refund that went through before they collapsed.

Bad customer service

I liked the patterns and fabric, but the sizes are way too big. That’s why I have post the items for return. Haven’t heard back, after several emails. No money refund. Nothing I do not recommend the online shopping for EU countries

I returned dresses to them…

I returned dresses to them appropriately 6weeks ago. Got confirmation that they received them but still no refund has been paid! I have sent several emails and so far no replies.

Where’s my refund?!?! Order 000816476

I returned 3 items that didn’t fit. They received the items on 21/01 /26. I emailed them on 17/02 and 25/02 about the refund. It’s now 27/02 so well over a month since it was returned and I still haven’t received my refund. They’re thieves!!! £65.55 may not be a lot of money to a large company like Joanie, but it’s a big deal to someone like me. Stay away from these charlatans

No refund after 5 weeks

I returned an item 5 weeks ago and have not received a refund. I emailed customer services three times to chase but had no response. I want my money back!

No Refund After Returning An Item

I ordered a dress from Joanie on 29/11/2025, for a friend which unfortunately was too small so I needed to return this. I initiated a return via their website, and received confirmation that my return was back with Joanie on 14/01/2026. On 03/02/2026, I still had not received the funds back to my bank account for the return. I decided on this date to contact them to chase the payment. I had an automated response that they would get back to me within 2 working days. I checked on 07/02/2026 and had still not had a response to this so I tried to contact them again. I still have not received my refund and I am extremely disappointed as I sent the return back almost a whole month ago and have had no communication from Joanie. They have not been responding to any of my emails which is extremely upsetting as I am a loyal customer of theirs. I would expect much better customer service as I am now out of funds despite the fact they have the item back at their warehouse!
