Warranty replacement of Totem max 60L Bin.
After having a Totem max 60L Bin for just over 2 years a defect developed in the lid system which prevented easy use. I got in touch with JosephJoseph and after getting past the AI email responses, I got a response from a human, and things moved very smoothly from there.The upshot is that I have just received a replacement bin under warranty after supplying the relevant information. I would like to give a special thanks to Aida and Joy for helping me to a satisfactory resolution.

Absolutely LOVE JosephJoseph products and its great they are such good quality. Had an issue with our mop but Customer Service were excellent and resolved my problem. Amina dealt with my problem instantly and I was soooo impressed with the service. Thank You.

Quick and helpful response from customer services.However: they don't stock or sell spares (this really needs addressing by the company from an environmental and sustainability perspective - so that aspect would score 1/5). That said, they were quick and efficient dealing with the query, and were able to provide a discount on a replacement product (so the customer services aspect is 4/5).

Mariela, helped me so much with my broken bin and guarantee. Joseph Joseph has the best guarantee for their bins. My 10 year old bin got damaged after 10 + years so I got to choose a new one for free. I absolutely love that. The only downfall is that the new bins are not as sturdy as the old ones. It’s not that sable anymore and we have trouble getting the bin to open. Such a shame they changed the structure of the bin. They were perfect. So I don’t want to sound ungrateful because I received a new bin, but I really really loved the old ones. Thank you so much Mariela for helping me with the new bin.

Amina was very helpful when an issue occurred with an item , offered to replace but item was out of stock so have issued a voucher so item can be purchased when back in stock :) no hassle at all.
