Great customer serivce
Have been a fan and of Joules for years and today confirmed why - phoned customer service after the courier failed to deliver my order, and the amazing Jody resolved the issue quickly and with the most friendly and understanding manner. 10/10 - thank you Jody and Joules!

I found the company to be very…efficient and ready to help solve problems
I found the company to be very efficient regarding the process of ordering and delivering but I really would like to mention the competence of a lady by the name of Jody. I rang the company to enquire re a refund for a garment I had returned. Not only was she extremely helpful but very patient and pleasant and so willing to go the extra mile to sort out my query. Missing delivery resolved quickly
Due to Evri not being able to deliver a parcel to the correct address I had to contact Joules to help resolve the issue. I spoke to Michelle via the online chat and she was able to reorder for next day delivery with no fuss. Great customer service and will continue to order from Joules.
