If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a honey blonde wig for an event (order was placed two weeks prior to the vent), however, the wig arrived nearly three weeks after I ordered it. During the time prior to the wig arriving, I reached out to this company multiple times requesting that they cancel the order due to the wig not arriving on time (I ended up ordering another wig from another company that arrived on time) but I was given the runaround. Once the wig arrived (the wig was left at my doorstep by Fedex as I was not home, otherwise I would have refused delivery), I reached out to the company for instructions on how to return this wig multiple times with no success. I called and even left messages, no return call and requests have been ignored. Per their website, they have a return policy listed but they do not honor it. After not getting anywhere with them regarding returning the wig, I decided to open wig and it looked nothing like the picture on their website. Horrible experience! Total waste of money and time. Never again!

Received great quality naturally wavy/curly hair. The quality is phenomenal! This hair is reusable, doesn’t tangle, doesn’t shed and very natural. I love it, my hair dresser ask me where he could get it. He absolutely loved it!!! And I received it in 3 days even though it was the week of a holiday. Knowing has better hair

Scam
I decided to place an order with Julia Hair based on some great YouTube reviews I saw. Paid in full, over 2 weeks passed with no changes to the status of my order (remained processing). I reached out to customer service to receive an update and was informed they had sold me a product they did not have in stock. My emails seeking clarification, then simply a full refund have gone ignored. I will now have to get my CC company involved. Save your time, money and frustration and order elsewhere. Apparently, good customer service and is reserved for influencers.

COMPLETE SCAM
I purchased 2 wig from this company That were suppose to be honey blonde!!They sent me 2 ash brown wigs! I sent them back and never received my refund, I paid for them through Klarna They stolen my MONEY!! AND DIDN'T REPLACE THE WIGS!! AND KLARNA IS DEMANDING I PAY FOR WIGS, I NO LONGER HAVE!! THIS SITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!! DON'T PurchaseFROM THIS SITE!@! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!
