Tried to change a flight (flex ticket)…
Tried to change a flight (flex ticket) and had to deal with their AI assistant which made me wait for HOURS and then would close off the conversation. Customer service is non existent- frustration guaranteed!!!

I had a poor customer experience
I had a poor customer experience . The problem started with my flight being cancelled 3 time with no warning nor reasons the customer service hung up when I was wanting answers. He insisted that I pay double the price for a ticket when my account was deducted a fee for the same two tickets he showed no sympathy to the mistake with the airline not honoring the price
